convin has made more time efficiency- no more sheets but one dashboard for everything, less of human efforts, more of efficiency, ease of quality assurance , great use of AI insight- specially the transcript- which gives what all terminologies used - topic manager is a good tool to segregate the call types

great interface to do audits, and also good features to get the transcripts a swell of a call recording - helps to bridge the gap betwen AI and manual audits as well

Cons

lack of live audits- enabling users to hear live calls and give real time feedbacks, more of accuracy on AI insights to bridge the gap on manual and ai audits

Previously, while reviewing individual team member performance, it was difficult to analyze trends both individually and across multiple teams within the business. Convin has solved this problem with the scorecard function; we are about to add varying weighting to quality checks, section off different areas of the scorecard, and display the results for each segment. The scorecards serve to provide a clearer view of how the team members are performing and where they need to improve.

Pros

It is simple to travel to specific parts in the sales call that will be most advantageous for progress. Complete integration. I don't have to do anything after it's set up. Excellent for documenting meetings with screen-share information and some next steps. I also like seeing who spoke how much of the time on each conversation, especially because my purpose is to be more consultative and allow the customer speak the majority of the time. Integrating it with QMS allows you to easily examine previous calls with clients and prospects.

Cons

No, my positivity is totally inclined towards the benefits that Convin provides.

Pros

I like that Convin now has access to 98% of the sales call process. After reading and seeing the script on a regular basis, the tool allows you to quickly learn the method! When trying to hit the process in order, the lead score and how well an agent performs are really helpful. I like the alert feature. Convin is extremely user-friendly and convenient.

Cons

I've only had a few glitches to work out, but nothing that I don't like.

Convin's support team passion and loyalty struck me in many ways. I am thrilled to be working with a platform that enables me to demonstrate the same dedication and loyalty to my clients when I speak with them, so that we both know I am doing my due diligence on every call. I appreciate ease of use that Convin is always available when I need it. It's like having a supervisor on the line with you when it comes to implementation to ensure you cover all the bases with the client.

Pros

The ability to conduct Full-Scope sales and compliance analysis on each and every call. Without Convin, QA and Training departments must manually listen to each calls, which just scratches the surface of insights. With Convin, the AI listens to every single conversation, providing your QA and training departments with a complete picture. Our agents can receive live sales training. This enables the agents to close more deals. This technology tremendously aids compliance by allowing you to instruct the AI to listen for specific non-compliant keywords or words and flag the conversation.

Cons

I don't like how it sometimes doesn't pick up the agent's voice. I use Convin platform everyday to get the analysis of my calls.

\- One screen access to the transcript, checklist and observations for the associates.- User-friendly in navigation- The team is very flexible in accommodating requests for custom reports etc- Very adaptive to our business requirement.

Cons

Value add features could be :- Setting a timeframe to raise disputes for audits- Multiple auditors handling the same ticket - No history is stored for review in case of error.- For organizations that uses category based teams for audits, the scores in the overall dashboard could be helpful if we could view it category wise.

I was apprehensive to use Convin at first, but as I understood that I could go back and examine what works and what doesn't in customer calls, I was hooked. Convin is a critical answer for a role I just started. Convin has helped me become more comfortable with taking notes, honing my approach, and learning from others.

Pros

Convin has the option to jump to the specific topic. Convin helps in maintaining a record of all discussions for current and future reference. Coaching sessions provided by Convin assist is to develop skills to deal with cold phoning and introductions. With the simple implementation and daily usage of Convin, my intros are becoming more fluid.

Cons

Convin is bit slower when it comes to loading the calls in processed status but it is simple to integrate

Pros

I can't picture life before Convin. I like being able to focus on my calls without having to take notes, and I like being able to listen back later and catch things that I may have missed the first time. I really enjoy being able to listen in on my coworkers' calls and learn from them. Don't be afraid to have your conversations recorded. Convin.ai is a fantastic resource. Being able to learn from the talks of others, as well as listen back to my own conversations and evaluate what went well and what didn't, has been tremendously beneficial as a new employee.

Cons

Sometimes interpretation of the conversation to text can be wrong, I usually have to listen back to the recording. Else, every other feature is beneficial to me

Call audits was a huge task, which actually convin made it easy, with transcripts, with subtitles, with convin score, with manual audits. Giving us parameters to work and along with analytics and date and duration filter.

Cons

Convin sessions. Session assigned to a coach should have an explanation along with the parameter. So that the coach will be able to focus when hearing to the snippets.

Because all of my conversations are recorded and uploaded to Convin, I can focus less on taking notes on prospect calls and more on having an organic discussion, knowing that I can review the call and take notes later on Convin. It's also an excellent tool for learning by reviewing peers' calls.

Pros

I used Convin once when I was distracted during a critical phone conversation and missed vital information. Instead of phoning the customer back and explaining, "hey, I wasn't paying attention at all," I went into gong and found the information I needed in 5 minutes. I can't compete with it. Convin always picks up the slack for me!

Cons

Voice to text can be strange at times, especially when numerous people are conversing on a call.

It has been a great experience so far using the convin tool, especially the support team.

Pros

Convin is easy to understand and navigating through the application is effortless. The application is designed to be user-friendly, with easy navigation and a wide range of features. Additionally, if we are in need of assistance, the convin's support team is always there for you and they always ensure that the issues raised are addressed and resolved at the earliest.

Cons

While doing call audits through convin, at times, the transcripts that is displayed doesn't really match the call, and the keyword based search option they offer has some improvements to be made, for example, if we are to search for a certain word said by the agent, the tool will show the calls / chats where the word has been said by both the agent and the customer.

Convin holds the capacity to manipulate whether listening to customers or representatives. The ability to deliver a conversational approach with product knowledge and resources without appearing rehearsed. For my company, I'm dealing with a lot of consumer questions and pricing concerns. I've seen the value in sending feedback to my manager and having it updated in convin in real time for instant usage. It provides ease of implementation as well as ease of integration. I love how it transforms our conversations with number of features it provides.

Cons

The app does not always appear to keep logged in. Our agents are occasionally unable to log in.

Convin has solved our call review and learning challenge task in a very easy way providing multiple features that assists us. Convin has taught me that I ramble a little and should work on being more concise.

Cons

My boss has comprehensive insight into my calls and provides me with excellent ideas and advice after evaluating them which is a good thing. It's benefiting me in either way. It is simple to implement in our daily task and also it smoothly got integrated with the help of Customer support team.

\> It would be hard for the Convin AI to learn our product and audit tickets. By so far convin AI learned our manual scoring and tried give us almost an accurate suggestion.> One of major concerns was to sampling of audit tickets based on certain key words. With the help of convin's Sampling manager and Custom Tracking we were able to resolve that.> It also helped us to track the issue tickets based on customers sentiments and voice tone.> With convin we were able to customize our auditing parameters and scores that made our auditing efficient.

Cons

\> Ticket Dispute feature could have been better. If multiple auditors are auditing the same ticket only the last will be notified about the dispute.> Also it would be to have the parameter wise Donut chart.

Excellent software for improving agent's performance

Pros

I enjoy returning to my sales calls showed in Convin's meeting page to refer to knowledge from my customers and partners everyday! The user interface makes it very simple to find the right meetings and with filtering it by conversation score. It is tremendously valuable and simple to integrate to be able to go back and study earlier calls and learn not only how to improve, but also to be able to refer to old calls to identify bargaining anchors. It's also a useful tool for onboarding new sales reps as Convin's customer support team provides amazing demos of product because of which we can fully utilise the features.

Cons

Convin can implement more comprehensive search and filtering options.

Pros

Convin is a platform that allows us to quickly view what our agents are saying to our consumers. Certain phrases are more successful in the sales process, thus we as agents have to say or ask specific items or phrases. When employing Convin, coaching becomes very customized to each agent. Individual agents are given personalized mentoring through this platform which is very easy to implement in our calls. It provides ample number of features.

Cons

It appears that there are a lot of dashboards to go through, but I suppose it's more beneficial than problematic for me. Ease of Integration is a plus.

I can improve my sales techniques by evaluating calls with Convin and easily integrating the insights in my calls. Convin makes it simple to evaluate calls and provides valuable insights into the talk ratio, prospect speaking speed, filler rate, interruption rate, interactivity, and other metrics. Convin is my favorite daily usage tool.

When customers ask difficult questions, having rapid rebuttals makes it simpler to get things back on track. It has made it much easy to keep track of conversations, reply to comments quickly, and listen. It is quiet simple to use with such an amazing an team of customer support. Important details like talk time and speed and fluency that we missed during a call and session can be measure in convin which I think is the feature that has helped me a lot. Convin has greatly aided us in picking up on wonderful nuggets clients provide us during the calls and knowing what to look for in future calls

Cons

No specific marginalization is done between area sometime it is confusing and it shows call recording after some time so if you can improve that.
