O software é prático, mas quando precisa deles vc recebe retorno dizendo que o suporte não é exclusivo do cliente, detalhe em mais de 1 ano só precisamos deles umas 3 x mais ou menos e hoje dia 1 de novembro estamos sem ajuda desde do dia 18 de outubro

Praticidade do programa, fácil de usar e simples

Cons

Atendimento do suporte quando vc precisa tem retorno do Emanuel proprietário dizendo que o suporte não é exclusivo do cliente q tem outras demandas, porém hoje dia 1 de novembro e estamos precisando de ajuda desde 18 de outubro, e em mais de 1 ano q contratamos precisei somente umas 3 x de ajuda.

Desde a implantação, o software se mostrou estável, mesmo em alto fluxo, as informações são bem gerenciadas. A facilidade de uso ajuda no treinamento, em poucos minutos ja se consegue operar o sistema.

Pros

Software com uso simples e intuitivo, com as ferramentas de uso diária para o setor de recreação e buffet. Alem disso sempre tem atualizações com funcionalidades novas e suporte rápido e assertivo.

Cons

A interação entre mais de uma loja, mas este ja esta endereçado e em testes com a Recreasoft.
