### "The Absolute Best Multi-Directional Multi-Calendar Sync "

From functionality to support to dependability, all around awesome.

Pros

I've search hi and low, and I've tried some of the top existing solutions, but none really did what was needed or we seriously limited in what they could do. I started working on writing my own Flows for M365 to sync events to Gsuite but the issue was having 2 M365 Calendars at 2 different orgs and then having 2 Gsuite calendars but wish to have a central Gsuite calendar that go all details from all others but only showed busy/free to others so that people within those organizations could easily find a time to meet with me. It was a nightmare that I spent probably 20hrs on over the course of 2wks. And the best solutions I had found kept creating loops where the same event would be copied over and over again so that I ended up with 5 copies on my central calendar. I was about to settle for a crappy middle point -- having 1 way syncs with some calendars and having to manually copy events from my central to the outside calendars -- when, by accident, I found the Medium post that CalendarBridge had created to announce their launch. And I found it just a day or two after it had been posted. They not only solved my problem but they did it in such a clear and intuitive way that didn't have the same problems that other solutions seemed to be unable to avoid. Love this product and their support. Would happily pay more.

Cons

Nothing. Have yet to find something that I didn't like. I was hoping for live chat on the website, but I understand that it's resource intensive. That said, the email support has been great.

### "Limited value - no support for M365 family/personal, needs support from M365 org admins"

I have 3 clients with Outlook online, and two Gmail (personal and my company) as well as a family M365 for my small company and family. Of these, my personal M365 is not possible to add (no info about this in the blurbs) and the 3 companies would each have to accept CalendarBridge as a tool - not likely as I change customers often. Only the two Gmail calendars (Workspace and personal) were added, but that's not a great help, so I got out of there. Perhaps in the future interfaces will be added to make this possible. At least deleting info and getting out of the trial was not too hard - just had to say "end trial" twice (a clear "leave and delete all my data" option would be more reassuring. Thanks for the taste, great idea, but hard to see how many can get permissions from their orgs - and why does the family M365 not work?

Pros

That it attempts to do something I have longed for - consolidating calendars online

Cons

It did not work for me, because I need to consolidate M365 calendars from my own private calendar (not supported) and severeal company M365 (need permission from Admins - not likely for a consultant). Would like to see CB being able to at least glean free/busy without needing Admin adding them.

Really easy two way sync between two calendars. Easy to setup many-to-many calendar sync type behavior.

Cons

Nothing, I've been really happy with CalendarBridge across the board.

Pros

The product worked initially and was syncing my calendars

Cons

After paying for the software for an extended period of time, it stopped working one day; it no longer synced between my two office 365 calendars. CalendarBridge threw up their hands and said it wasn't their problem, that it must have been Microsoft changing their API and to talk to my tech department. Except, why would one Microsoft account work and the other not. And I'm an individual, there is no tech department. And why is it that when I tested another 3rd party software, the two calendars synced? I've requested to speak with someone no fewer than 5 times just today, and they have refused to call. They've refused to take any responsibility even though all roads point to CalendarBridge as the issue. They lack even the bare minimum common courtesy type of customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS ... plenty of other alternatives out there

Hi Gus, We understand you were upset that we would not call you, but as we said in our initial email response (90 minutes after you submitted the ticket), and as we have proved out through dozens of emails with you -- and with Microsoft on your behalf -- this was in fact a problem with your Microsoft account. Again, sorry we do not have the resources to provide live phone support, but we never went more than a couple hours without responding to your emails -- including late on a Friday night and over multiple weekends -- and our initial diagnosis was in fact correct: there was a problem with your Microsoft account. ### "Did exactly what I needed!"

I was able to easily configure it so that the details of the client calendar show on my company calendar, but other appointments at my company only show as "busy" on the client calendar to protect my confidentiality. It also has an appointment scheduling feature similar to Calendly which is great as it saves me from having to use another tool. I'm super happy with it.

Pros

This does exactly what I wanted. I have a my own calendar in Google Calendar for my small business, and I have a calendar at a client company where they frequently schedule meetings based on my free/busy status. CalendarBridge makes sure any appointments on my company's calendar block times on the client calendar and visa versa in real-time.

Cons

The site layout is slightly confusing (homepage doesn't automatically recognize me as a user even when I'm logged in, and have to navigate to sub-pages to find all the features). But this is not a biggie. I've wanted the ability to pad meetings to give me a little breathing room and apparently this feature is coming which I'm excited about!

I have tried several products over the years for syncing my Google Calendars to Outlook and while some worked okay, the deployment was never simple with bad GUIs and too many features to try to figure out. I stumbled upon CalendarBridge and it took literally about 5 minutes to setup and everything was syncing. No software to download and only a handful of options to click. I had some trouble initially (turned out to be some previous sync software that didn't uninstall correctly) so I reached out to support. I was contacted almost immediately and worked through the issue. Super impressive!

Pros

Great software that is inexpensive, easy to setup and use, and works great!

Cons

Two of the features that were missing initially were the ability to sync the reminders within the appointments and the ability to change either the original or copied appointment and have it sync to the other. As of this review, the reminder sync is now available and the other limitation is being worked on. The software is still very worth the price.

### "No more double booking calendars!"

I have a portfolio career, meaning I work for myself as a Leadership Coach and part-time for an employer. To ensure that I didn't double-book clients or other meetings, I was entering events on two different calendars. This took too much time and there were inevitably errors which cause issues. I had looked at other alternatives, and most were cumbersome and the instructions for Outlook didn't look at all like mine, which added to the confusion. What I love about CalendarBridge was it took maybe 5 minutes to enter my information, and then instantly both calendars were paralleled - they were finally in synch.

Pros

I like how easy it was to setup the software, and that instantly both of my calendars are in synch. No more double booking events on two calendars!

Cons

So far, I've been pleased with the software and have not seen anything I like least.

Reason for choosing CalendarBridge

The price point seemed very reasonable, and it looked easy to use. Also, the 7-day free trial made it make sense to give it a try. I'm so glad I did.

Pros

I was dealing with 2 Google Calendars and 2 Office 365 Calendars. And soon a 3rd Office 365 will be added to the collection. A complete chaos! I was desperately looking for some kind of magic script or code that help me sync all calendars and by sheer luck I found CalendarBridge! It is soooooo simple to set up. In no more than 10 minutes I was free fro chaos. What a relief!

Cons

A little bug related to not being able to delete copied events from Office calendars. But I wrote support and they immediately answered me, telling that they are launching that feature next week. So on top of everything... they have a great service.

Reason for choosing CalendarBridge

I googled during weeks for all kind of solutions. I only found some special configurations suggestions, but none of those did the job. As far as I know, there is no alternative to what Calendar Bridge does.

Pros

It works. Seamlessly and simply. Set up is incredibly easy. I tried SO MANY other products and DIY options (IFTT, MS Flow, Zapier) and none worked the way I wanted them to. I never review software but I this product has become absolutely essential to my business since I freelance with multiple companies and need to sync 3-5 calendars at a time.

Cons

The login is strange - you don't have an "account" - you put in your email each time and they send you a login code. But it works, so I guess that's ok.

Pros

I love that I have one master calendar but all my appointments show and availability show across all of the calendars I have to manage. As a consultant, I have my personal calendar, my business calendar and frequently have calendars in my clients domain. Having them synced together has eliminated the issues I've had in the past of being double booked.

Cons

The login process is a little weird. Additionally, I have to delete a sync and recreate it if I want to edit it. I would rather be able to edit it.

Pros

I'm running 2 companies and I have 3 calendar accounts, 1st is gmail for private, 2nd is Office365 for business A, and 3rd is Office365 for business B. Before I met with this service, I always copied my schedule for all calendars and sometimes forgot to copied. This made me so uncomfortable and took time. With this service, I don't need to worry about "copy" anymore.

Cons

As \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] already announced on email, I need customizable label. Current service just adds (copy). I want to delete this word, because my Fantastical can migrate same titled schedule into single schedule.

Pros

This tool is a lifesaver! I am an android fan and use Google Calendar on my phone, tablet, etc.; however, my university uses Outlook Calendar. I needed to sync all of my Outlook work appointments with my personal Google Calendar and this tool did it within seconds! The signup and connection could not have been easier - the steps took me less than 1 minute! I couldn't believe it and CalendarBridge has saved me from missing and double-booking appointments. So worth the minimal monthly fee! Thank you!

Pros

Great. Again, it just works, and that's about all you can ask for with a product like this. I also like that they're adding new features and being super communicative about it.

Pros

It just works. I needed to sync calendars within a couple of organizations and my personal calendar. This gives me the ability to control who sees what while enabling everyone to see my free/busy time.

Cons

It's easy enough to set up single direction syncs with different rules, but it would have been nice to have a bidirectional sync with different rules for each direction.

My wife and I needed to sychronize our calendar during Covid-19 outbreak to juggle with kids when working. We needed to sychronize 4 calendars and CalendarBridge litteraly saved our life for a good price.

Pros

It works very well ! Price is really honest. Quite easy to use.

Cons

You could develop a better wizard for beginner users. What I needed to do was to create calendars inside my Google or Microsfot accounts to a better readability and I had to figure that by myself.

Easy, simple to use, and really made my life so much easier.

Pros

Working with three different calendars? One in Gmail, one in Office360, and one in Exchange? This links all your calendars into one calendar so you stop getting double-booked and so you can be on time.

Cons

Getting Hosted Exchange synced was a tough sell.
