Pros Inexpensive, user-friendly, simple yet comprehensive logs, flow-charts, spread sheets etc. Suitable for the small to mid-sized business and adaptable to a growing enterprise. Cons Trio is a little oppressive in hawking their premium packages as well as paid adjunct services not necessarily relevant to the business, Can be slow if processing large blocks of data in a contracted period of time.
