very pleasant experience, staff and sales personal are very friendly and helpful.

Pros

the different type of workflows that assist in making menial tasks far more efficient and finished faster

Cons

Sometimes there is an issue with scanning a lot of documents at once causing a bottlenecking in the server but staff are very quick to assist and push the documents through.
