It helps me customize the forms and create templates per my requirement. The drag and drop features are good and makes the job simpler for us, especially when we need to execute hundreds of contracts and documents in a day. Pros RSign has all of the features and settings I could ever imagine, and they make it really easy to use. And, I like the affordable cost. With RSign, im able to get it done fast and easy. The recipients say it is easy on their end as well, which is very important to me and my reputation. Pros Ease of use is the most important aspect of any software, in my opinion. RSign is the easiest one I have tried, and I like to get documents signed as quickly as possible to move my Real Estate transactions forward at a fast pace. Cons I reached out to support and they got right back to me. I was asking about mobile phone text notifications, and while they don't have this today, I understand it is in the works and coming soon. Pros Training other staff to use the service was very easy. We had the help of an RPost customer success personnel to help us. Cons Nothing really. I was worried about training other management, but they were great about helping with questions.
