Consultant Information Services, Self-employed Used the software for: I used a free trial ** Overall Rating 4.0 ** Ease of Use 5.0 Features 5.0 Value for Money 4.0 Likelihood to Recommend 90% 9/10 Reviewer Source Source: Capterra June 19, 2026 "Surprisingly feature-rich for a CRM pitched as basic." **Overall:** Love the usability...really sinple to use, so much so that it's a surprise that features are there with only a quick check or online or AI "hot-to" search. **Pros:** Delightfully simply to use while surprisingly feature-rich. At first I was expecting to miss features I've been used to in other CRMs...after 14 days, that hasn't been the case. Seems to be much better value for money than alternatives. **Cons:** The only thing that surprised me a little was the need to archive emails in gmail (as opposed to delete), otherwise they won't persist in the CRM. **Alternatives Considered:** [Zoho CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/155928/Zoho-CRM/) and [HubSpot Sales Hub](https://www.capterra.com/p/214215/HubSpot-SalesHub/) **Reasons for Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM:** Simple yet flexible and cheaper for an equivalent feature-set. Obviously I'm aware those other products have feature sets above and beyond what Bigin is designed to do. The team is quick to resolve problems and provides clear guidance, which has made onboarding and daily use much smoother for our operations. **Cons:** The platform has limited customization options, which makes it harder to fully adapt the CRM to our specific workflows and business needs. As we scale and require more tailored processes and integrations, this becomes a constraint compared to more flexible CRM systems.
