"Great product and customer service"

**Pros:** Customer support has been excellent, very responsive and helpful whenever we faced issues or needed clarification. The team is quick to resolve problems and provides clear guidance, which has made onboarding and daily use much smoother for our operations.

**Cons:** The platform has limited customization options, which makes it harder to fully adapt the CRM to our specific workflows and business needs. As we scale and require more tailored processes and integrations, this becomes a constraint compared to more flexible CRM systems.

"Simple and effective CRM for organizing sales pipelines"

**Pros:** What I liked most about Bigin is its ease of use and fast implementation. It allows you to structure a sales pipeline, customize stages and fields, and start working quickly without the complexity of larger CRMs. It’s especially well suited for small teams and growing companies.

**Cons:** Some advanced features such as more complex automations, validations by stage, or deeper reporting are only available in paid plans. This can limit the evaluation during the free trial for teams that need stronger process control
