I have recommended it to 3 of my solo mutuals. I am an experienced systems admin, Salesforce Admin and am also well versed in Monday.com when I was someone's employee. It hits different when you are building your own business and every penny, your penny, counts.

Pros

has very easy to follow UI for the experienced user and for the inexperienced, the free training sessions and webinars and KBs are also great. Lastly, you cannot beat the price for the value of what you get.

Cons

none that I can speak of. I am well versed in CRMs and it is comparable in functionality and ease of use and it is easier to use and configure than Salesforce. I said what I said.

Even though close.com is comparable in price, I got the phone feature included without paying per minute and it was easy to integrate with my Zoom Phone so my calls pop.

Very good functionality without complex UI. Covers the basic needs for opportunity follow-up. The best way your team will use a CRM is if it's simple.

Pros

It's simple and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, which makes it easy to use and efficient. Your team won't have to make a masters degree to learn how to use it.

Cons

Don't have support in Spanish. Lack of support for unified inbox (have to get an additional product)

Cons

I found it challenging to connect to the Telephony or maybe i dont know how. The UI can be more smooth

Pros

Bigin delivers everything a small business needs from a CRM at a fraction of the cost of the big players. It's intuitive, quick to set up, and the team was up and running in no time.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features you'd find in enterprise CRMs aren't there, but honestly that's the tradeoff for the price. For what we need, it more than delivers.

So far its simple to use and looks like it will do what I want it to do and will will be able to evolve my companies into it.

Pros

After trying to setup hubspot, which i gave up on i decided to try Zoho after seeing a sign for it in Union Station. So far it seems so simple to use and I am loving it.

Cons

There is not much I do not like so far. It seems very easy to work with and I cannot wait to get it going live.

Great, I can access from any device, and as a Samsung user, it definitely makes things easier with watch apps.

Pros

Best value for the price, easy to use, and email integrations to make lead management simple. Looking forward to what they come out with next!

Cons

Not many add-on features, since the price is fair, upgrades that compete with other CRM software can be more competitive.

It's a very user friendly CRM software which is very much affordable as well. Me and my team are able to manage the leads effectively and as a sales head it is helping me to manage my team effectively. It integrates with my outlook as well and emails can be sent automatically . The performance and speed is good and Im getting good customer support from their sales team as well. And it's a secured platform. One company must use it and believe it.

Everything is working great. No cons as of now.Ive been using this software for past 3 months and didn't find any cons.

Overall I was able to upload my 107 leads into the CRM within an hour and managed to build some stages quickly. I am yet to fully experience the automation part of the CRM however I am looking forward to it.

Pros

Importing leads into the CRM was straightforward with a few hiccups but it also allowed me to manage my leads and deals better.

Cons

Finding the right way to import the leads to the system was not as simple as I expected. A little tweaking of the import file was needed to get things right. It would be better if a failed import would give me specific feedback.

zoho bigin is great for our non-profit, as they provide great CRM services with enough functionality that we need, especially the gmail plugin they offer for google chrome works great to import relevant contacts directly into out bigin CRM. we would recommend using bigin for every SMB and nonprofit that needs simple yet powerful functionality.

the performance and speed coould slightly be improved to make it feel more snappier but the value for money is great!

I use Bigin to manage the business side of my coaching — leads, follow-ups, pipelines, you name it. It's not bloated or overbuilt, which is rare these days. I love that I can pair it with my training platform and keep everything streamlined. It works exceptionally well on mobile, which is huge for me since I'm often out with clients. If you're a solo service provider or small team, Bigin is worth checking out.

Pros

Bigin's clean and simple mobile app is also a big win for me when I'm out with clients—highly recommended if you want flexibility without bloat.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it so far. I'm excited to see the roadmap ahead in the next few years to watch this platform grow

I have used plenty of CRM's, Bigin is one that I have fallen in love with, It's very easy to customize it.

Pros

They are constantly upgrading the user experience, I love that I can now use it seamlessly with my mac as an app, and also that I can have shortcuts through the control center on iOS.

Cons

The integration with whatsapp is not what I expected, you have the use templates.
