Very good functionality without complex UI. Covers the basic needs for opportunity follow-up. The best way your team will use a CRM is if it's simple.

It's simple and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, which makes it easy to use and efficient. Your team won't have to make a masters degree to learn how to use it.

Cons

Don't have support in Spanish. Lack of support for unified inbox (have to get an additional product)

As a small construction business that had struggled with spreadsheets / emails / whatsapp messages etc, Bigin has given our company a single 'point of truth' for our sales / installation teams which has resulted in fewer things falling through the cracks. This in turn leads to a better customer experience overall - exactly what we were looking for.

Pros

Bigin is a really simple, highly intuitive CRM, ideal for small businesses who are looking to roll out an easy to use product that just works. There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.

Cons

I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.

I found it challenging to connect to the Telephony or maybe i dont know how. The UI can be more smooth

Begin CRM is an outstanding tool that excels for both operations teams and developers. The pipeline view on the dashboard significantly streamlined our workflow, making tasks much more manageable. The Begin team provided excellent support during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition. They proactively checked in to see if I needed any assistance and offered straightforward solutions to any challenges I faced.

Can not tracking whatsapp messages by specific keywords but overall good

I started using Bigin when our small business needed a better way to track customer interactions and manage sales leads. From day one, the setup was incredibly easy — no long onboarding process or steep learning curve. The visual sales pipeline was the highlight for me. It gave my team a clear picture of where every deal stood, and dragging deals from one stage to another felt really natural. I also appreciated how clean and focused the interface was. Unlike other CRMs I've tried, Bigin doesn't overwhelm you with features you don’t need. It helped us stay organized without adding complexity to our workflow. That said, as our needs evolved, we did run into some limitations. The reporting tools are a bit too basic — you can’t slice and dice your data the way you might want to. Also, automation is minimal, so we couldn’t build out more advanced follow-up processes or email sequences. Integrations outside of the Zoho ecosystem were hit-or-miss. Still, for the price, Bigin delivered a lot of value. It’s ideal for small teams who want structure without the bloat. I’d recommend it for startups or service-based businesses that just want a simple, visual way to track their sales without getting buried in features they won’t use.

It's my first CRM, and I'm very happy I chose Bigin by Zoho

Setting up the automation can be difficult, and there are some restrictions in terms of being able to have multiple pipelines if you have more than just one customer flow.
