Overall, Bigin is a good contender considering the price and the functionality

Pros

Gmail plug in and mobile app were essential features while looking for a CRM. Bigin has both. I also like the simple interface which makes it easier to use.

Cons

I wish that it has robust features within gmail so I don't have to go back and forth between the app and gmail.

So far so good. I would say that support is the flagging element of the product but is as expected for the price.

Pros

Ease of use, speed and layout. Plus notifications once we had worked them out.

Cons

A problem with Mass email, but we have been informed of a workaround / alternative function.

I appreciate the awesome customer service; it was prompt and answered all of my questions. Bigin is simple and easy to use CRM tool for small businesses. It's great that you can start with the basics and add on the different tools that you need as you grow. Sales pipeline, contact management, as well as task automation features guarantee time-saving and flexibility throughout your business day, your day-to-day business activity will prosper. Bigin for the Win!!

Cons

So far, in the past 90 days of use, I haven't experienced any Cons.

Time should be spent on delivering your business products and services, not on understanding complex sales platforms and tools, and carrying out extensive admin. This is what Bigin does well.

Pros

We wanted a simple yet powerful CRM system that underpins all of our sales activity. After a lot of searching, trials and comparisons, we settled on Bigin and haven't looked back. Bigin does everything we need with ease, including sending emails, advancing sales and keeping a track of trends. For small businesses, this is one contender to seriously consider.

Cons

Less sophisticated email integration means that there are better alternatives out there if you want to use email functionality

Awesome experience with Bigin CRM. Great reliable customer support provided by Bigin CRM Team. Bigin CCRM is a must use for all start up entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Pros

The deal pipeline feature is the best of all. Deal management is very essential for keeping an eagle eye on all the accounts so that we can maximize our sales closings month after month, so that no sales slips through the cracks. Kudos to Zoho.

Cons

Not much cons at these price points. Probably more number of pipelines in the pricing plans would have been a great sweetener.

Very satisfied... jumped from a XLS based pipeline to build a strong CRM tool in just few hours of medium work. Now I can track all of my sales pipeline with a sigle view, and repport it to the company owners easily.

Pros

Very very very easy to use, easy to first setup, easy to customize to fit on your organizations structue.

Cons

Lacks native integration to O365/M365, lacks on native integration with other Zoho apps like Zoho Projects. The upgrade to Zoho CRM is costly.

Bigin by ZOHO CRM is absolutely fantastic! I love everything about it. I've tried lots of other tools and not been sold. This one is the best by miles - and the most affordable!!!

Pros

Bigin is very easy to use, and others also pick it up quickly. The best part is customising fields for all modules - super quick and easy to do and can be done on the fly. The Gmail add-on is also excellent, and seamless, as is the use of IMAP emails. Brilliant tool.

Cons

Not any con's I can think of, other than the email templates bit wasn't as intuitive as the rest. I worked it out, but that was the only thing that had me a tad puzzled for a while. Very minor detail.

Esperienza sicuramente ottima, molto migliorativa rispetto ad altri CRM utilizzati in passato.

Pros

La funzionalità del software è indiscutibile, molto intuitivo e ci aggiungerei abbastanza "guidato" nella propria dinamica. Nello stesso periodo di utilizzo della versione di prova di Bigin ho utilizzato altri CRM, ma questo è di sicuro il migliore che abbia mai provato. IL prezzo è molto accessibile, se paragonato soprattutto ad altri CRM di similari caratteristiche e funzionalità. Molte le potenzialità che offre il software nel proprio utilizzo. Mi sta cambiando il modo di lavorare di giorno in giorno.

Cons

Un po' difficoltoso all'inizio l'importazione dei contatti, pur essendoci la sincronizzazione con Google e dunque anche con i contatti, ho trovato i passaggi un po' "macchinosi" i passaggi da fare, ma dopo aver capito la funzionalità non ho più avuto difficoltà.

Great, I'm very impressed with the software; how easy and intuitive it is. I really like the user-face - it makes sense!

Pros

Bigin has a very intuitive user-face. It is easy to set up and will enable our company to manage our sales, order fulfilment and customer service all from one place. Workflow functionality enables us to automate routine tasks, helping us to work efficiently. Integrations with Campaigns, Analytics and Forms is useful for us.

Cons

In the premier package I would like more workflows/conditions/actions and notifications as standard. I would also like more email templates and the option of more complex webforms as standard. More of each of these can be purchased, thankfully and Zoho forms can be integrated if necessary.

Reason for choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM

it is more simple and streamlined. We would like to have Sales and order fulfilment in one place and the addition of customer service will hopefully help us to better manage service and after-sales.
