Pros

With the Bigin CRM it was so easy and intuitive and I also managed to create a web form to embed on my landing page in the firt try only. Overall, Bigin is very intuitive with a clean UI and it's fast too. Highly recommended!

Cons

Pricing per user shuld be lower. Colourful labels would have been good.

A perfect CRM for the small and startup business, if have field employees they can have access to CRM using mobile applications and do checking to leads and mark visits, lot of extensions available to integrate third party apps.

Nothing much, premium customer support is not free. But that's fine we get support during work hours or mail support always available

Love it, my husband also uses this as the simpilicity is great and the options for doing everything is there. Great product for the tech guy and the not so tech guy.

Pros

We love the CRm for functionality and the fact that I can upload files to each contact and project within the CRM.

Cons

I haven't been able to figure out the tasks part but I am having a rep call me again to go through this, they are very good in the service end and helping you as the customer

They had the upload file option which is what I needed as my hubby is far away sometimes and communicating can be hard being able to build a client CRM with the actual quotes inside the CRM is great!

Pros

The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.

Cons

Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.

It is an extremely satisfying experience.

Pros

Excellent features that are more than necessary for every SME. It has more than I imagined and I am now implementing new processes based on the capabilities. I am trying to master the automation in order to make it even more powerful and useful. The ease of use is just amazing!

Cons

Unsure at this time. I plan to use ZoHo's project management function, so I can associate client projects, work flow, and resource availability.

I absolutely love Bigin and already referred to other colleagues. It helped me save time to focus on what´s really important, it keeps me organized and on top of my tasks and processes. I am grateful to have found this tool!

Pros

I love how intuitive and easy to configure it was. Also, their functionalities are exactly what you need for a small business to keep things going in a timely and organized manner. I like the pipeline function the most.

Cons

Sometimes when adding a new deal I can´t add a New Product or add a New Client while doing that - so I need to close the deal, add the client or product first and then add the deal. It might be a bug, but I think it could be more streamlined.

It's very important to have knowledge of what happens with the emails sent. It would be asking too much if we know where the customer clicks (lol).Easy to send individual or mass emails.We have a summary of what was done and compared with the previous month.

Pros

I love signals. Being aware of what is happening with my sent emails is very important to help me make decisions about the next steps to take.

Cons

I would like to have signals available in the mobile application. In my case, I use android and I don't have this feature available, I don't know if it's for iOS. How about an integration with LinkedIn?

After reviewing the comments by users of Zoho/Bigin I have spent the last 15 odd days setting up, testing and assessing the ease of use of this fully integrated CRM platform. The admin side of my business needs to be intuitive so I can focus on providing my personal counselling and professional coaching services.I am pleased with the integration of key platforms, primary features and functions. I have used various aspects of this platform and the level of support provided by their staff has allowed me to broaden my marketing while providing additional resources for the community I serve. This is a welcoming platform considering the multitude of options out there.

Pros

The level of support and ease of integration with my social media and applications

Cons

The integration with my website and Google Workspace was painless. There are some issues like DRAFT mode on smart devices for email sending would be beneficial.

Nice CRM for small companies and startups. One user ist free, premium accounts only costs 7 € per month. Actually I'm just testing around, but it feels nice :-)

Cons

Connection to MS 365 isn't hazzle-free. It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

For the most part, I have had a good experience with Bigin

Pros

The first time I came across Bigin, I wondered why a company would have two CRM tools (Zoho also has Zoho CRM)... but then I understood: Bigin focuses on the pipeline aspect of a CRM. The one thing that stroke me the most at first was the fact that Bigin was really a mobile-focused CRM. Pipelines, workflows (another name for automations in Bigin), and activity management are powerful, but I think that it is really in its mobile-first approach that Bigin shines. Its Signals are the perfect way to make sure you never forget to do something, and if you are an Apple user, you can even write or use a pencil on your iPad. Something I really enjoy is the ability to create widget to add to my smartphone homepage. This is great because I can easily get an overview of different things – e.g. tasks I need to carry out, upcoming appointments for the week – without having to be in front of my computer or without having to log into the Bigin mobile app. A simple swipe from my phone's home screen and I can see all of that.

Cons

Depending on what you would like a CRM tool to do for you, you may find that Bigin is lacking some things... For me, the main con is the fact that the premium plan has a limit of 50,000 contacts/record (though it is true that you can add more by paying)

Pros

The ease of access and usage is the best part of this CRM. Even interns with no experience with any CRM can easily use and manage this without fail.

Cons

There are some limitations for a startup in the long run. As in eventually as the company grows we would definitely need to move away to a more extensive CRM platform.

Great, the app is very user friendly and I have a strong feeling it is going to take my business to the next level.

Pros

The thing I like the most about BIGIN as how it easily integrates a sales pipeline with CRM. The software is very easy to use and it looks god as well. I messed around with 10+ CRM software's and I can honestly say BIGIN is amazing. I even preferred it over the full zoho CRM software.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes it doesn't show all of my contacts - even when all contacts are selected it only shows certain ones.

Briefly my total experience was great. In 3 months I tested at least CRM's for my company, which is small and Bigin was the most assertive of all. It helped me a lot the days I used it, and I intend to continue using it.

Pros

What I liked the most were the automations. They critically optimize my time and help me control my funnels of different prospecting strands.

Cons

I think the only two issues I miss the most are more integrations to the CRM and the slightly more laborious way of exporting lists to the system. Nothing too complicated either, but it makes a slight difference.
