Very positive so far. Experience has been go so far. We'd see how it goes as we use it longer.

Pros

Fairly straight-forward to customize. I like the integration options available as well. Makes it easy to connect with zapier for example.

Cons

Not much i can think of at the moment to be fair.

I'm having a fantastic experience with BIGIN CRM. Initially it took me time to customise pipelines, but after the initial time the daily time is reduced significantly.

Pros

lead management, transaction management, client notes, timelines, profiling, cr log, task delegation, multiple team management

Cons

support is ok ok, need some external third party to design/ customise pipelines

Pros

The fact that even at a high price the platform has features that usually come with a much higher price.

Cons

I can't think of anything at this time, but no CRM is perfect and different CRMs fit different people.

Cons

Overall I have been very satisfied. There are a couple of key features that are needed to make this a true small business CRM solution but what is there works very well.

Pros

I like the simplicity and ease of use. Its email and automation features also give it a huge edge over other CRM platforms.

Cons

I really dislike the fact that there is no dedicated leads page. It makes it very difficult to differentiate between leads and normal contacts. It would also be great to see a phone calling automation added at some point.

Pros

With such incredible features, Zoho Bigin is just amazing. It has no flaws and is flawless. Its usefulness completely astounds me. I am even more thrilled that this is an Indian product! One of the greatest CRM apps for small businesses is this one. I've been experimenting with many approaches, like using Google Sheets and other programs, but this one works incredibly well.

Cons

When compared to other SaaS products, it has a little rougher overall UX/UI, and regrettably, in order to interface with email, it needs full access to your Gmail account. I've been unable to utilize the email integration because of this.

Pros

I tend to be a bit disorganized and my colleagues complain about this. Since using BIGIN they are all complimenting me for my newly found organizational skills. Of course I do not tell them why and take the credit.

Cons

It was a little complicated at first for me to understand all the features. With practice it became second nature

It provides all the vital CRM functionalities required by small businesses, such as managing contacts, leads, and deals. Moreover, Zoho Bigin effortlessly syncs with other Zoho offerings.

Cons

What I miss the most is an overview of the entire email inbox (a view of all emails) so that I can quickly see who opened the email and who didn't.

Pros

Ease of use and easily customizable. For everything Zoho offers you cannot beat the price. If you are a small company the other CRM's pricing ads up as you ad users.

Cons

The interface is not all that stimulating but its clean.

It's got us from an excel spreadsheet to an actual CRM with sales pipeline.

Pros

The main pros were it's easy to set up and import data and there's enough features to keep us running. When we need to expand there's not a bit drama as we'll move into zoho.

Cons

Contacts are mapped based on entities/companies so we had to adjust our import process but it wasn't a big deal

We tested some other products, notably SugarCRM, Dolibarr and Odoo CRM, but never got beyond the experimental stage as they were all too complicated for our purposes.

Pros

The prerequisite for using a CRM in our company were low costs and the possibility of training even inexperienced employees in the shortest possible time.Under these conditions, it was important for us to have full integration of the CRM on mobile phones, so that employees can edit companies, contacts and related things on the mobile phone while on the go, without having to edit this data afterwards by an administrator.

Cons

When importing companies and contacts using the file structures of the sample files, it is irritating that Bigin does not automatically link several fields of the sample files. However, if you ignore the relevant message, the import will take place without any problems. The integration of whatsApp is not offered - at least in the free trial version.

Bigin ha resuelto los problemas de tener los contactos en local, y que no permitía tener todo sincronizado, y en la nube. Es seguro y podemos utilizarlos todos los miembros de la empresa. Es bastante útil para el día a día de un negocio.

Pros

Tiene todo lo necesario e importante para comenzar a gestionar los contactos y empresas con las que trabaja tu negocio. En una sola herramienta tienes acceso a todo lo que necesitas para la administración y la relación con el cliente. Incluso telefonía integrada, además de integrar otras aplicaciones de Zoho, como Books, Desk...y aplicaciones de terceros.

Cons

De momento no tengo ningún contra de la aplicación.

Porque tiene un mejor precio, con funciones similares a otras alternativas. Salesforce es un ejemplo de aplicación buena, pero mas cara. En cambio Zoho Bigin tiene muchas funciones, esenciales para el trabajo diario de una empresa, pero bastante mas económico que la competencia.
