If you actually don't need a lot of bells and whistles, then advanced features can just get in the way. This seems stripped down to just the basics, which is what I was looking for. Cons My experience with Zoho is that it's really difficult to arrange for a demo of anything. They seem to really want you to figure out everything on your own. And granted there are a lot of materials made available online. It would be nice though to have someone walk you through it the first time around.
