I'm enjoying using Bigin. Other CRMs may 'do' more, but often get in the way. If you're purpose is to manage pipelines, clients and communication - Bigin is simple, inexpensive and can be upgraded to ZohoCRM with a few clicks.

Pros

Value, good support. What you need and very little of what you don't for CRM. Ties in well with other Zoho products

Cons

The ties to other Zoho products can limit your choice. Not as much customizable as others - but that's also a positive in many ways.

Pros

Bigin is specifically designed for small businesses and is built to manage only the necessary pipeline functions. It cuts out the bloat you find in larger CRMs, making it incredibly fast to onboard a new team member and easy to navigate daily.

Cons

If I had to pick one area I found less optimized, it would be the depth of third-party integrations, particularly with lesser-known or niche marketing automation tools

Cons

Speed, but not a deal breaker. Some options available only on the Premier subcription. But not mandatory.

We just downloaded the free trial and were working after about one hour. We downloaded the empty template for Company and Contacts, which we filled in from our existing spreadsheet. This is a relational model so we imported first Company then Contacts and all fit well. Since then our sales people have used it successfully for new prospects and existing contacts. We have not yet been able to create a pipeline that meets our needs. The online seminars and occasional emails from the company were extremely useful.

Pros

\- Immediate Ease of Use - Clear structure based on a relational model - Excellent content in Free seminars - Good communication with sales and support staff

\- Limited options without extra payments (though expected) - Less clarity in building more complex pipelines

Really good. Allows for me to grow and expand with features both built in and 3rd-party add-ons. I did the mass email upgrade on another profile I had and it worked well.

Pros

The screen isn't crowded like I have seen in Hubspot. It's simple and allows me to filter the ways I need to to make calls. The price is very fair for what you get.

Cons

When trying to make calls and review contact, wish I could show past notes for that person.

I use Bigin to manage the business side of my coaching — leads, follow-ups, pipelines, you name it. It's not bloated or overbuilt, which is rare these days. I love that I can pair it with my training platform and keep everything streamlined. It works exceptionally well on mobile, which is huge for me since I'm often out with clients. If you're a solo service provider or small team, Bigin is worth checking out.

Pros

Bigin's clean and simple mobile app is also a big win for me when I'm out with clients—highly recommended if you want flexibility without bloat.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it so far. I'm excited to see the roadmap ahead in the next few years to watch this platform grow

The Begin team provided excellent support during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition. They proactively checked in to see if I needed any assistance and offered straightforward solutions to any challenges I faced.

Its very easy dashboard to tracking leads within few minutes

Cons

Can not tracking whatsapp messages by specific keywords but overall good
