We have a lot of clients and projects and documents to keep track of, but we don't have a sales team and don't need to track extensive sales data. Bigin is a simple CRM that is great for first-time CRM users, so it fits our needs perfectly. I'm excited to see what else we can do with it. Pros I like that Bigin lets me track my clients, the companies they're attached to, and the sales connected to them. I appreciate that I can create custom fields and tags to organize the data in a way that works for me. Cons I dislike that there are some fields I can't remove from certain columns. It's perfect for small business, new realtors that want the use of a CRM that is not bulky or complicated. Then you pair it up with Zoho Campaigns, you have yourself a sweet package!! As your business grows, you move on to Zoho CRM, if necessary. Pros SUPER EASY to use...to figure out. My favorite is that you have 10+ custom fields to customize the contact info you require. It's easy to import/export. Creating lists to export, custom views... OVERALL it's pretty amazing and it's perfect for the small business. Cons The dashboard is strictly for business forecasting.
