Pros

For the price you pay, it is very intuitive to use out the box and can be customised easily to tailor the pipelines to your needs.

Cons

While it is good for it's price, it does not come with all the bells and whistles, and some functions, like transferring associated products to connected records require additional coding in the form of custom toppings which can get complicated

The interface is intuitive, and it focuses on the essentials like contact management, pipeline tracking, and task organization—everything I need to stay on top of my operations. The affordability is a huge plus, especially for a small business like mine. Despite its simplicity, Bigin doesn’t compromise on quality. It’s easy to set up, and the integrations with tools like Outlook make managing client relationships seamless. If you’re a startup or a small business looking for a straightforward CRM that just works without unnecessary complexity, I highly recommend Bigin!

I have been using Bigin for multiple clients of mine. This is one of the best and the most reasonably priced CRMs to start your business with.

Pros

The simplisity and the purpose it serves. Just right.

Cons

Very restricted when it comes to migration and whatsapp modules are a pain for sure.

Some additional customization options in reporting would make it even more powerful.

BIGIN CRM punches well above its weight class considering its cost. The reality is, it provides enough core function that 80% of small and medium sized businesses needs. I've used SalesForce, AGILE, Workbooks, and Dynamics CRM and BIGIN is comparable for most of what I want to achieve.

Pros

Bigin is very powerful given its price point. It offers all the basic functions you would likely need. The bolt ons into other ZOHO applications makes it almost infinitely upgradable.

Cons

The marketing campaign assignment is very limited, and there is limited ways to process sales leads.

Bigin has a very dedicated staff who are very eager to help you get going in the process of setting up the program.

Pros

The pricing policy is very good. It's a nice but simple CRM-program with a price range well suited for small businesses.

Cons

It has limitations compared to larger CRM-solutions, but it fits our needs very well. If you are looking for a solution with lots of possibilities, you probably should look somewhere else.

It has been great - easy to use and after it is set up, it saves a lot if time.

Pros

I spent hours researching CRMs and this is the one I picked for two different clients. It is very customizable and able to automate many different functions, like emails or tasks.

Cons

I wish it had more than 50 customizable fields.

a game changer, i have used hubspot but it quickly became a very complicated zone

Pros

i use bigin with all my other tools on zoho, which are books, desk, sign and forms!! it has been a game changer, the prices are decent and tons of features

Cons

i think zoho bigin and zoho crm should be one app, there is no need for 2 extra functions, better customer service that understand the proper english

Positive but still uncertain. I need more time with the CRM to see if it's able to do what we need.

Pros

I liked the modular design of the CRM, which allows you to incrementally add on different modules as you scale as a business. Our company does not yet need all the functionalities of the full-scale CRM, so we can start with Bigin and eventually add more as we scale.

Cons

The sales presentation I had was rather confusing, and our sales person did not answer a lot of the important questions we had. It seemed like Bigin was able to do a lot of what we wanted, but most of the knowledge came from independent research.

Overall pretty good. Support is slow to respond. The programme definitely needs to evolve more in terms of functionality as it is not as intuitive as the competitors

Pros

Visually it is great with the pipeline style layout

Cons

Uploading leads is not logical at all. You need to upload seperate CSV's for leads and contacts and it makes the relationship between the two. Furthermore it costs you a record for both leads and contacts even though they essentially joint.

Pros

Where it shines uniquely for me is its ability to be repurposed for any internal process that requires a pipeline - support desk, projects, expense requests, HR onboarding. It achieves this by letting you use any module independently to the others. Say you build a pipeline for HR onboarding. You don't need to associate a deal with a company - which wouldn't make sense in this context. Or a pipeline for projects - there's no requirement to attach a contact.

Cons

It is missing an elegant way to generate proposals or live working docs to share with clients but there are workarounds as you can connect Bigin to many of Zoho's other products. I think this is not a deal-breaker considering Bigin is a simplified platform aimed at small business operators who don't have specialised IT knowledge to implement and administrate a CRM.
