Being a noob on keeping my customer's data collectively. This tool helps me keeping it effortless.

Pros

The most favourite part of mine is the mobile application of the Bigin's CRM. Being a Sales person, I would always be clinging to my mobile rather than my laptop. Which has a very easy interface and it also helps me call logs of my every leads.

Cons

We find hard to import csv files in the modules. The data often gets skipped and it's very hard to find the origin of the issue. That's the only thing I found difficult.

The best for my business. I have a team of 3 people to manage sales and customer success and Bigin was the easy one.

Pros

It's too easy to use for a small business. I have a restaurant tech startup and the UX and UI is so smooth. They promise a 30 minutes setup and I did it in 15 min.

Cons

Doesn't have SalesIQ integration, if zoho want to make from bigin the best small CRM you need to make a SalesIQ integration.

It was easy to start using. It is sort of the apple of process, CRM, organization software. It is intuitive.

Pros

I like easy it was to use and keep things organized. It takes the stress out of managing projects.

Cons

I am still learning what customization feature I may have for six sigma type projects, but it has been easier for me to use than Asana and some other software.

いくつかのCRM・SFAツールを試してきましたが、ダントツで分かりやすく使えたのがBiginでした。 ZohoCRMのUIも比較的分かりやすかったですが、私たちのようなスモールチームでは機能を使いこなせるかどうか不安があり、導入を躊躇していましたので、シンプルなBiginは最初の一歩にぴったりだと感じています。 最低限の機能・価格で始めたい企業や、スモールスタートでZohoCRMへステップアップしていきたい企業などには特におすすめです。

Pros

必要十分でシンプルな機能と、手ごろな価格。 他にもCRMツールは多数ありますが、多機能を競うばかりで、シンプル路線のツールはあまりないと感じています。

Cons

今のところ、不足は感じていません。 強いて言えば、日本語の情報がほとんどないので、今後公式での日本語サポートの充実を期待しています。

Simple to use and it gives me a total overview of the running projects and what needs to be done.

Cons

Nothing big that I can think of; there are some small things I would have liked as an option but overall it is great. Maybe the use of collours would help having an even better overview.

O Bigin é incrível pela sua interface simples e fácil de usar, perfeita para quem quer começar sem complicações. O preço também é um grande diferencial, super acessível, especialmente para pequenas empresas. It is really easy and friendly for tiny companies. I used many different crm-systems but I couldnt understand them. After I used bigin for some minutes, I knew: "This is the crm-system, for our tiny company with 5 people."

Cons

This is a really good question. At the moment I have no answer.

Customisation. Could edit the pipeline to suit our specific needs. And integration with gmail. Support is also excellent.

Cons

Nothing so far. I reached out to support a few times and the response was fast and helpful. There was a little learning curve but overall pretty easy.
