I have recommended it to 3 of my solo mutuals. I am an experienced systems admin, Salesforce Admin and am also well versed in Monday.com when I was someone's employee. It hits different when you are building your own business and every penny, your penny, counts.

Pros

has very easy to follow UI for the experienced user and for the inexperienced, the free training sessions and webinars and KBs are also great. Lastly, you cannot beat the price for the value of what you get.

Cons

none that I can speak of. I am well versed in CRMs and it is comparable in functionality and ease of use and it is easier to use and configure than Salesforce. I said what I said.

Even though close.com is comparable in price, I got the phone feature included without paying per minute and it was easy to integrate with my Zoom Phone so my calls pop.

It's simple and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, which makes it easy to use and efficient. Your team won't have to make a masters degree to learn how to use it.

Cons

Don't have support in Spanish. Lack of support for unified inbox (have to get an additional product)

Love the usability...really sinple to use, so much so that it's a surprise that features are there with only a quick check or online or AI "hot-to" search.

Pros

Delightfully simply to use while surprisingly feature-rich. At first I was expecting to miss features I've been used to in other CRMs...after 14 days, that hasn't been the case. Seems to be much better value for money than alternatives.

Cons

The only thing that surprised me a little was the need to archive emails in gmail (as opposed to delete), otherwise they won't persist in the CRM.

I have searched a lot of simple, sales pipelines tools, with automations, Bigin by Zoho is the easiest and best in terms of value, and improvements in features, every quarter.

Pros

Price is great for SME's Sales Pipeline feature keeps it Simple Connects with Email & Messaging Apps

Cons

I found it challenging to connect to the Telephony or maybe i dont know how. The UI can be more smooth

I have been using the trial version to track and monitor our RFQs. It has been a great experience. Its easy for Sales management team to view the RFQs that are in progress and can email the customer accordingly to follow up. Would definitely implement it for our regular usage.

Cons

As this is a CRM tool, there is no Gantt chart provision and there are few custom field which are non editable

And it's a secured platform. One company must use it and believe it.

Bigin is really easy to use. It helped me keep track of all my contacts, follow-ups, and deals in one place. I liked the mobile app the most—it’s simple and works smoothly. It’s perfect if you have a small team and want to stay organised without too much setup.

Cons

Some features are very basic. If your business grows, you might feel the need to switch to Zoho CRM for more options. Also, the reports could be more detailed.

Overall I was able to upload my 107 leads into the CRM within an hour and managed to build some stages quickly. I am yet to fully experience the automation part of the CRM however I am looking forward to it.

Pros

Importing leads into the CRM was straightforward with a few hiccups but it also allowed me to manage my leads and deals better.

Cons

Finding the right way to import the leads to the system was not as simple as I expected. A little tweaking of the import file was needed to get things right. It would be better if a failed import would give me specific feedback.

This has been a very postive experience with no complications in rolling out this new platform. It has provided good visibility of the sales function and allowed us to scale accordingly.

Pros

This is a great compact CRM that allows companies of all sizes to bring their contacts and pipeline together very easily. The setup and configuration is simple to use and it is great value for money. Email sync was very easy to add and we are now looking at other aspects of the CRM that we can add through the marketplace.

Cons

There is nothing that is particularly negative when looking at . The CRM is simple and this may mean that we need to migrate to another platform if/when we are growing further

Pros

Love how easy it is to enter many different fields under one contact. It also has dark mode, which for me working with a stigmatism helps.

Cons

I find when selecting a contact, it will bring up a quick menu of different contact information, with that menu I would like to be able to put up what I would like to see at a quick glance.

Bigin is a simple tool to begin your sales tracking and moving out of excel sheets . It does not overwhelm you like other CRM, and gets the work done that is managing your leads and deals, tracking them, and having timely reminders for the follow ups. Adding deals contacts is super easy, we are also using for tele marketing and its quite helpful there as well. If you are looking for simple tool to track your deals for small team, Bigin does the job.

Pros

What I liked most about is its simplified pipeline view, which makes tracking deals intuitive and visually clear for teams of all sizes. Additionally, the seamless integration with Zoho Campaigns allows for effective lead nurturing and email marketing directly linked to CRM data, enhancing both sales and marketing alignment.

Cons

What I liked least about is the limited automation capabilities, especially when compared to more robust platforms like Zoho CRM. The Stage Transition Rules are quite basic and lack the flexibility needed for more complex sales processes.

I use this CRM for all my teams : Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Onboarding etc.Almost 50 People are on it and using it almost every minute. We have also used the stage automations and did marketing automations via it. Our Champions love it. Specially the dashboard with call analytics and target meter is amazing.

Dashboards are amazing Reward system and incentive release should be from there PI should also be sent from there 1 Zoom id should be integrated to all Stage transition should be better

It's a little tricky at first to figure out how to quickly search for what you need-a specific contact, for instance.

It learns quickly and helps to organize emails to multiple groups at once. It's very easy to update, and the drag and drop features of the pipeline make it easy to track progress. It's my first CRM, and I'm very happy I chose Bigin by Zoho

Cons

Setting up the automation can be difficult, and there are some restrictions in terms of being able to have multiple pipelines if you have more than just one customer flow.

We just downloaded the free trial and were working after about one hour. We downloaded the empty template for Company and Contacts, which we filled in from our existing spreadsheet. This is a relational model so we imported first Company then Contacts and all fit well. Since then our sales people have used it successfully for new prospects and existing contacts. We have not yet been able to create a pipeline that meets our needs. The online seminars and occasional emails from the company were extremely useful.

Pros

\- Immediate Ease of Use - Clear structure based on a relational model - Excellent content in Free seminars - Good communication with sales and support staff

Cons

\- Limited options without extra payments (though expected) - Less clarity in building more complex pipelines
