Love the usability...really sinple to use, so much so that it's a surprise that features are there with only a quick check or online or AI "hot-to" search.

Pros

Delightfully simply to use while surprisingly feature-rich. At first I was expecting to miss features I've been used to in other CRMs...after 14 days, that hasn't been the case. Seems to be much better value for money than alternatives.

Cons

The only thing that surprised me a little was the need to archive emails in gmail (as opposed to delete), otherwise they won't persist in the CRM.

La recomendamos ampliamente; vale la pena probarla e implementarla y tiene la gran ventaja de permite adicionar o ampliar el alcance de usuarios.

Pros

Recientemente, nuestra pequeña empresa necesitaba una mejor manera de gestionar un volumen creciente de clientes, así que recurrimos a la plataforma Bigin de Zoho. Nos gustó mucho su interfaz minimalista, la cantidad de funciones personalizables y cómo sus flujos de trabajo se conectan para ayudarnos a monitorear y dar seguimiento a todo con mayor facilidad.

Cons

La conexión con Linkedin, aunque disponible no me ha parecido tan fácil de parametrizar los leads que surjan de potenciales clientes.

Pros

I have been using the trial version to track and monitor our RFQs. It has been a great experience. Its easy for Sales management team to view the RFQs that are in progress and can email the customer accordingly to follow up. Would definitely implement it for our regular usage.

Cons

As this is a CRM tool, there is no Gantt chart provision and there are few custom field which are non editable

My overall experience with Bigin has been excellent. It is easy to use, quick to set up, and provides everything I need to manage leads, customers, and business partners efficiently. As a solo business owner, I appreciate that it helps me stay organized without the complexity and cost of larger CRM platforms.

Pros

What I like most about Bigin is its simplicity. It provides all the essential CRM features I need to manage leads, customers, and business partners without the complexity of larger CRM systems. The pipeline view is intuitive, easy to customize, and helps me stay organized and on top of follow-ups.

Cons

I would like to see more advanced reporting options and additional automation features. While Bigin covers the essentials very well, growing businesses may eventually need deeper analytics and more sophisticated workflow automation.

Pros

It's a very user friendly CRM software which is very much affordable as well. Me and my team are able to manage the leads effectively and as a sales head it is helping me to manage my team effectively. It integrates with my outlook as well and emails can be sent automatically . The performance and speed is good and Im getting good customer support from their sales team as well. And it's a secured platform. One company must use it and believe it.

Cons

Everything is working great. No cons as of now.Ive been using this software for past 3 months and didn't find any cons.

I have recommended it to 3 of my solo mutuals. I am an experienced systems admin, Salesforce Admin and am also well versed in Monday.com when I was someone's employee. It hits different when you are building your own business and every penny, your penny, counts.

Pros

Bigin by Zoho CRM has very easy to follow UI for the experienced user and for the inexperienced, the free training sessions and webinars and KBs are also great. Lastly, you cannot beat the price for the value of what you get.

Cons

none that I can speak of. I am well versed in CRMs and it is comparable in functionality and ease of use and it is easier to use and configure than Salesforce. I said what I said.

We needed a proper CRM without the overhead costs that come with most platforms. Bigin lets us stay organized, manage our pipeline, and keep the team aligned — all without breaking the budget. For cost-conscious small businesses, it's hard to beat.

Pros

Bigin delivers everything a small business needs from a CRM at a fraction of the cost of the big players. It's intuitive, quick to set up, and the team was up and running in no time.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features you'd find in enterprise CRMs aren't there, but honestly that's the tradeoff for the price. For what we need, it more than delivers.

Pros

Customer support has been excellent, very responsive and helpful whenever we faced issues or needed clarification. The team is quick to resolve problems and provides clear guidance, which has made onboarding and daily use much smoother for our operations.

Cons

The platform has limited customization options, which makes it harder to fully adapt the CRM to our specific workflows and business needs. As we scale and require more tailored processes and integrations, this becomes a constraint compared to more flexible CRM systems.
