Overall experience has been great! It is value for money - helps manage my teams pipeline and have a single platform to manage all my leads and team performance.

Pros

We had been exploring different CRM options for quite some time, but most either came with too many unnecessary features or lacked the essentials we needed. Another major challenge we faced was team adoption. With BIGIN, that completely changed. It offers exactly the right set of functionalities to track our daily activities, and my team found it extremely easy to use. The support has also been outstanding—whenever I’ve needed help, the support widget has provided quick and effective solutions. Highly recommend BIGIN to any team looking for a simple yet powerful CRM!

Cons

As such there are no negatives about the platform. All the functionalities work well - If I did have to point out something then maybe the fact that the mobile version doesn't have a couple of filters - which again is not a deal breaker.

Bigin by Zoho CRM tends to be a good fit when: - You are a small team (2-10 people) or startup. - You need basic CRM functionality (lead/contact/deal management, reminders, simple automations). - You want something you can setup quickly, and with minimal overhead (not a heavy IT project). - Price sensitivity is important. - You mostly work within simpler, linear sales pipelines rather than very complex, conditional processes.

Pros

WHAT IT DOES WELL 1. Ease of Use & Fast Setup - It has an intuitive UI, clean pipelines, and small teams can get started quickly. - Less learning curve compared to more feature-rich CRMs; up and running in less than an hour. 2. Affordable Pricing - For microenterprises or mom-and-pop stores, Bigin offers a lot of essential CRM functionality at lower cost vs “full” CRMs. - There is a free plan (with limitations), and paid plans that add more pipelines, workflows, records etc. 3. Pipeline-based Sales Tracking - Visual pipelines (drag & drop deal cards) are yells of ‘Way to go!’ - Good for tracking leads, contacts, deals, reminders; light automation for repetitive tasks. 4. Mobile & On-the-Go Functionality - The mobile app works well for me and my users. Helps us as small teams stay in touch with deals when away from desk. 5. Simple Integrations - Integrates well with other Zoho apps and with Gmail etc.

LIMITATIONS 1. Limited Features / Customization - As we scale up, or if we have more complicated processes, Bigin may feel restrictive. Features that we find lacking include: more advanced workflow automations, complex reporting, cross-filters, deeper customization of stages. - Once our needs grow, we need to move to full Zoho CRM. 2. Integration Constraints - While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs. - Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations. 3. Automation Limitations - Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules. For example, stage transitions, automated follow-ups have constraints. 4. Onboarding Can Vary - Onboarding is less than ideal. Sometimes slow, reactive rather than proactive. - A few bugs/glitches or reliability issues appeared (e.g. missing form submissions, contacts disappearing) though not universal. 5. Scaling Up is a Challenge - If a venture has many users, many pipelines, or complex data, Bigin may not suffice long-term. Moving up to Zoho CRM or other robust CRMs may eventually be needed.

I've been looking for a viable CRM solution for my marketing agency. Most solutions are very complicated, their interface is overloaded with many options. But Bigin is really good if you prefer to have a simple, yet effective solution. It's all you might need if you don't have a big corporation, so I can surely recommend you trying it out.

Pros

The best thing about Bigin is that it's fairly easy, has mobile apps, and it has a lot of integrations provided. The interface is clean and sleek, all necessary functions are already provided.

Cons

I think that more abilities to personalise this system would be great, at first it might be a little confusing, but in comparison with other service providers it's quite easy. Just needs getting used to.

We like how it integrates with Gmail. Pipelines Module Customizations Email Tracking

Cons

So far not many complaints. The platform is a bit cumbersome and requires a bit of a learning curve. But still less than some other platforms. I would like a more simple straight forward dashboard but for the price and functions it's not a deal breaker by any means. For the price it is super worth it.

This has been a very postive experience with no complications in rolling out this new platform. It has provided good visibility of the sales function and allowed us to scale accordingly.

Pros

This is a great compact CRM that allows companies of all sizes to bring their contacts and pipeline together very easily. The setup and configuration is simple to use and it is great value for money. Email sync was very easy to add and we are now looking at other aspects of the CRM that we can add through the marketplace.

Cons

There is nothing that is particularly negative when looking at Bigin by Zoho CRM. The CRM is simple and this may mean that we need to migrate to another platform if/when we are growing further

Great experience, very user friendly and intuitive. Lots of apps and interfaces available to sync data.

Pros

The Pipeline module is great and allows us to track the process of sales and delivery so management knows where every sale is at with a glance in the Dashboard. Also appreciated that there were lots of templates to start from, and the templates are laid out by teams/groups as well as by industry.

Cons

It took me a little time to figure out how to get other Zoho apps to link up and what data can be transferred/sync'd. It is disappointing that the data fields being sync'd cannot be modified. For example, products added to the Sales Pipeline cannot transfer to a quote or invoice.

As a start up business, it provided great pricing because we did not have to upgrade in order to get a certain functionality (along with of a of functionality we didn't need). But at the same time, it allows us to grow as and easily transfer to Zoho CRM in the future when needed.

It does not overwhelm you like other CRM, and gets the work done that is managing your leads and deals, tracking them, and having timely reminders for the follow ups. Adding deals contacts is super easy, we are also using for tele marketing and its quite helpful there as well. If you are looking for simple tool to track your deals for small team, Bigin does the job.

Overall I was able to upload my 107 leads into the CRM within an hour and managed to build some stages quickly. I am yet to fully experience the automation part of the CRM however I am looking forward to it.

Pros

Importing leads into the CRM was straightforward with a few hiccups but it also allowed me to manage my leads and deals better.

Cons

Finding the right way to import the leads to the system was not as simple as I expected. A little tweaking of the import file was needed to get things right. It would be better if a failed import would give me specific feedback.
