We just downloaded the free trial and were working after about one hour. We downloaded the empty template for Company and Contacts, which we filled in from our existing spreadsheet. This is a relational model so we imported first Company then Contacts and all fit well. Since then our sales people have used it successfully for new prospects and existing contacts. We have not yet been able to create a pipeline that meets our needs. The online seminars and occasional emails from the company were extremely useful.

\- Immediate Ease of Use - Clear structure based on a relational model - Excellent content in Free seminars - Good communication with sales and support staff

Really good. Allows for me to grow and expand with features both built in and 3rd-party add-ons. I did the mass email upgrade on another profile I had and it worked well.

Pros

The screen isn't crowded like I have seen in Hubspot. It's simple and allows me to filter the ways I need to to make calls. The price is very fair for what you get.

Cons

When trying to make calls and review contact, wish I could show past notes for that person.
