Cons - When it came to scheduling risk reviews, there was a problem of flexibility of calendar rules. - They are often complicated to use, require users to undergo substantial training, and cost an absolute fortune. This coupled with the responsiveness of the GOAT team for any issue and the way features and improvements can be suggested and discussed, means it feels like they are a partner in the Risk Management team rather than just another software vendor. The fact that they manage to deliver this level of service for such great price really is a testament to the organisation. **Cons:** Very little as the constant improvements seem to resolve most issues.
