Pros

I believe improving withdrawal speed especially for international bank transfers in countries like Egypt would significantly enhance the overall user experience. Despite this issue, Deel remains a solid solution for freelancers and remote workers dealing with international clients.

### "The best way to work with international companies"

I use deel to get paid by an international company I make freelance work sometimes and I was amazed how it was so easy and simple by using deel, making the payment occur more quickly and safely.. specially in comparison with other methods used by other companies I work with. I would definitely recommend them to migrate to deel too, it’s a win-win.

Pros

How practical and fast it works. There are minimal bureaucracy, there are no complications and the information are clear and reliable.

Cons

I just don’t like to need a third part authenticator to login. I like things as simple as possible and that’s not.

Compared to some other contract management platforms I've used, Deel is the most straightforward and "new user" friendly.

Pros

Contract management on Deel is pretty straightforward and it was very easy to verify my identity. The platform is very user-friendly and new users can easily find their way around getting started, without having to frequently search the Internet for how-to guides.

Cons

Some sections are not very descriptive as to what exactly you're expected to do, especially for documents upload. For example being asked to "upload your bank account details" (instead of the regular input fields), whereas they just need you to upload a copy of your bank statement. Just some minor details like that to help improve user experience.

It's been a great experience. I've always been paid in a timely manner and customer support is top notch. I actively use their 'Deel Card' for online and physical transactions and It's a breeze. When I have had problems with third parties, like double charges, their team has always been able to help.

Pros

Customer service is top notch and I've never had problems with my payments.

Cons

Nothing. I really think it's the most convenient tool for contractors.

### "A good app for contractors"

Pros

It's easy to use. Friendly to the user. Payments are deposited whenever the employee or the company says so. Whenever there's an issue with the transfer they let you know immediately. And for me using it with a foreign value the exchange is good.

Cons

Everything has been good. The only thing I would say it's that the fee to transfer to a foreign bank account is too high.

Overall, it does it's job but the UI and the many steps to configuring it makes it really hard.

Pros

I was able to get paid managing my contract with a client and vice versa, I was able to manage contractors there and paid them as well.

Cons

It's often really hard to login with their f2a requirement and needing another app to verify the code. Why can't we just use it like any other app???

It is a good solution for adding work hours, pto, accessing contract details, etc. Easy to use and has good payment withdrawal options too.

Pros

Easy to input time and leave details. Contract is saved in the system too so we can easily access it.

Cons

Navigation can be an issue at times. For instance, it takes a bit longer to locate invoices, transaction details, etc.

Great! I can't complain about the service how fast the costumer service respond, how fast to make changed on time tracking, and you can also download the contract.

Pros

I'm able to get my Salary advance. It is nice to make changes on the time card without any approvals.

Cons

Fees are kind of high but i understand those are for transaction fees. I really like deel and that's the least that I like about the tool.

Ever since I started, the contract signing, overall dashboard and ease of use is what I like the most, everything seems very user friendly

Pros

Easy of use and also rates are not high, freelancer platforms are usually charging a lot of fees when withdrawing the money

Cons

App usage has delays but not a huge thing, usually when the app starts, there is a little delay before prompting the authentication page

Employee Management, due to how soft the process and, very simple to set up, I was very easy step by step process.

The chat bote is not yet very efficient to support customers, on my own experience. I think it needs improvement for better communication process.

Good just the waiting time to have the money transferred can be lengthy. The time of day does matter. The earlier the better. The latest the later you’ll get the money.

Pros

User friendly. It was a bit of a hassle to create the account at first. And a little confused as to how to set up my account.

Cons

Easy to transfer money to my accounts. You can let the money accumulate and not have all these various transfers.

Pros

I really like using Deel! It makes handling contracts and payroll super simple. Everything is easy to find, and the website feels very clear and organized. I don’t have to click around too much or get confused because it’s all right there. What I love most is how fast things get done. Payments come through smoothly, and I never have to worry about missing anything. The dashboard is simple, and even if you’re not super techy, you can figure it out right away. Overall, Deel just makes work easier. It takes away the stress of dealing with paperwork and payments so I can focus on my actual job. Honestly, it’s one of the smoothest tools I’ve used.

Cons

I really like Deel overall, but the Android app can be pretty slow. Sometimes it takes a while to load, and that makes it harder to use when I just want to check something quickly. The desktop version feels smooth and fast, so I wish the mobile app worked the same way. If they can speed it up and make it run more smoothly, it would be a lot better. I think the app has great potential, but right now it feels a bit frustrating when I’m on the go.
