Pros It's easy to use, the customer support is quick and very helpful, it's very easy to manage your contracts and very easy to manage your finances. Their fees are also quite fair and security features are excellent. Cons Initially it was confusing to withdraw as it seemed to encourage withdrawing through Fintech apps but withdrawing from them directly is actually better and cheaper depending on your location. There is good mobile application that you can use and clean interface. One thing is withdrawal fees could be a bit lower. Unclear why for one jurisdiction there is zero fee and for other cost a fortune. Also, no notifications about fee changes, but as you can do nothing with it, you have to agree. Pros I liked how seamless and transparent the entire process was. Getting paid globally without worrying about currency conversion or hidden fees made a big difference. Cons The platform is excellent and very user-friendly, though the withdrawal fees could be a bit lower. I also used their card functionality pretty extensively and then when I was no longer on deel contract with a client. I used the platform for generating professional invoices that I give my clients in order to charge them. Pros I would argue that the ease of receiving payments from anywhere across the world is seamless. Very little withdrawal charges. I love the Deel Card functionality. That fact that they support both virtual and physical cards is amazing. Lastly, they offer an easy experience for independent contractors to generate professional invoices. Cons The Deel Card is not usable on the Apple payment platform. For some reason, it leverages a Singaporean technology that is pretty much incompatible with Apple payment integrations.
