Pros The reliability is the main thing for me. As a contractor, there's nothing worse than wondering if your money will arrive on time, but with , I’ve never had a delay. I really like the advanced capabilities they give to the user, especially the different withdrawal options—being able to send my pay to Coinbase or use the Deel Card directly is super convenient. It’s way more efficient than the old-school way of sending manual invoices and waiting for a bank wire that takes 5 days to clear. Cons What I dislike about is the lengthy processing time for bank withdrawals, particularly with SWIFT transfers, which can take 3 to 7 business days.
