So the fact that the transactions are extremely fast and secure gives me peace of mind. Pros The interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The process(es) are quick and easy. The notifications are the ones you need, nothing excessive, nor lacking. It also makes you feel safe about your money, and the contract info is available when needed. Cons Everything is good so far. I don't have any complaints about the app or the service. My money is available right away. I can wait some time for the website to process but on the other hand everything is automatic and gets done by its own. Constant updates about my money makes it more amazing Pros Smooth payment facilitation for me. I dont have to worry about updating any manual invoices or something. Payments get settled automatically. Cons I would say the processing time, but again that is something which is regulated by banks. Sometimes the loading takes a lot of time on deel website though. I am a product designer so I love the UI so much. It shows how much thought was put in to deliver a good experience. Pros Seamless user experience. I love the Deel card. I love that they keep me in the loop about everything happening. From when my company pays me to when I receive the money. Cons I don’t like it that it takes several days to receive my money from my wallet to my bank. Aside this, they are superb. I can transfer it to my bank account and have it available for me to use in my country almost immediately Pros once you know where and what everything is there for, it’s simple to use and follow. It was really easy to apply for a card and get it which I really like. Cons When I needed to provide identification to confirm my identity, it was a bit hard to follow the process to do so since my ID has expired so I kinda wish there was a button for those type of cases. Pros Customer service is top notch . Quick to answer and fix or sort out inconveniences. They were very polite too.
