Now, everything is handled seamlessly—contracts are localized, payments are automated, and compliance is built in. This saves us time, reduces legal risk, and allows us to scale our team globally with confidence. Pros Deel makes international payroll and compliance incredibly simple. I appreciate how easy it is to onboard contractors and employees globally without having to worry about complex legal requirements in each country. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support is responsive and knowledgeable. Cons Occasionally, the platform can be slow to load or a bit clunky when navigating between features. July 24, 2025 5.0 Its easy to set up, both from the contractor/employee and employer/hiring company side. Its cheap per employee and they don't have hidden fees while transfering your money from accounts. Pros How easy its to get hired overseas. I recommended them to my current employer that didn't have much experience hiring outside the US and they loved it! Deel Advance is also a really great benefit they provide for the contrators, which allows you to temporarily loan some money until the next paycycle. Cons Sometimes its a little bit challenging to fill out some specific US gov forms. I wish they had more resources on how to do it and in some cases some machine learning to fill out information automatically and you just confirm their input. Review Source RM Reyna M. Instead of worrying about invoices, compliance, or whether I’ll run into banking issues, I just set things up once and it runs smoothly after that. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand, and I really appreciate how transparent everything feels compared to some of the other platforms I’ve tried. Payments land on time, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing taxes and legal aspects are handled correctly is huge for me. It lets me focus on my actual work instead of chasing down admin tasks. Cons The only part that wasn’t as smooth was onboarding. A couple of the dropdown/select menus were buggy, and in places where autocomplete would have saved time, there weren’t any suggestions. It’s not something that stopped me from getting through the process, but it did make it slower than I expected. Once I was past that, though, I didn’t run into the same issues.
