The withdrawals are very fast even same day most of the time. The AI chat is really helpful and the overall support responds quickly and are very diligent when it comes to any issues, they also do WhatsApp support which I find incredible too. Pros It's very easy to use. The withdrawal is really easy, no complications and the platform is very user friendly both on desktop and mobile versions. Cons I'd say that if there are multiple contracts and you wanted to see only the information regarding that in the home page is not possible. Pros As a user of Deel it is very user friendly, the interface is clear and not cluttered. The workflow is easy to follow. When you first join the onboarding is quick and again an easy process to load documents. The system makes it very easy to enter your work hours, and leave time. There is customer support but I haven't used it. Cons The platform is not cheap but considering the service it provides it is worth paying. The app is easy to use, I can download my payslips in two clicks, and I don't have to chase my boss to remind them to pay me. It just runs in the background and does what it’s supposed to do. Pros The reliability is the main thing for me. As a contractor, there's nothing worse than wondering if your money will arrive on time, but with Deel, I’ve never had a delay. I really like the advanced capabilities they give to the user, especially the different withdrawal options—being able to send my pay to Coinbase or use the Deel Card directly is super convenient. It’s way more efficient than the old-school way of sending manual invoices and waiting for a bank wire that takes 5 days to clear. Cons The identity verification (KYC) at the beginning was a bit of a pain and took a couple of tries to get my documents accepted.
