Perks arent interesting to me. Im not a traveling backpacking remote worker. I live in an owned home, i dont relocate nor share work location. Large part of your clients likely fall in my category. Home owner perks... more towards that direction. Everyday items maybe?

Great, it's my first experience with this type of self-service, but it's really positive. I didn't expect it to be so convenient.

Pros

Decent interface, intuitive, easy to do, even most of the complicated things. It is also quite modern looking and working well. I like that i have the option to upload custom invoices.

Cons

Work logging could be be better, to make it easier to log different types of work. The form gets very confused when there are overlapping types of work logged. It is possible to achieve expected results, but in a more complex than necessary way. Some things are a bit too much hidden in the interface, but most are fine. I would like to have more ways of summarizing data. I need to generate my own invoices because of legal/tax reasons. It would be great to have the data automatically calculated. I don't understand what's the value of the card.

All things considered, I had a great experience with , and they made my first experience receiving internal payments very easy. I'd definitely use Deel again in the future given the chance.

Pros

The application was very intuitive and easy to set up, the steps to create an account were simple and the more complex ones had documentation to guide you throughout the process, specially for uploading documents like the W8-Ben in my case. Receiving payments was easy as well, with clear info regarding the amount you were receiving for your contract, the fees that you would be charged and the expected time for the money to arrive to your desired payment method.

Cons

I feel the fees that were being charged were a bit too high. I understand this is a business and that's how they're able to maintain the platform, but charging 10 dollars to send you the money you earned feels a bit too steep.

Overall, has been reliable for getting paid on time, which is the most important thing for me. The platform itself is clean and easy to use, and over the past three years, it’s saved me a lot of hassle with contracts and payments. If they could level up their support experience, it’d be close to perfect.

Pros

The auto-withdrawal feature is hands down the best part of using . Once it’s set up, you don’t even have to think about it—your payments just land in your account like clockwork. It’s super convenient and one less thing to worry about.

Cons

The support could definitely be better. Responses are often slow, and sometimes you get the feeling you're just being sent canned replies. When things go wrong (which doesn’t happen often), it’s frustrating trying to get a real solution quickly.

My overall experience with has been secure, efficient and a simple joy. I have nothing negative to say because nothing negative has happened since I signed up.

Pros

It's the most efficient platform I've used as a remote employee. Easy to set up and use. Withdrawals are fast and effortless once automated. Assistance is great though I've hardly needed any. I love that I can view my contract and track my income as well. I haven't experienced and glitches or bugs. Its also so secure! really is the best.

Cons

I only wish the app would load faster on my phone. That might just be because my phone is pretty basic. I use a Samsung A06.

Very smooth experience for international contractor payments. Withdrawals are predictable, Card works well, and integrations with banks are straightforward. The UI is clean and the contract/invoice flow is simple once set up. Good visibility of balances, fees, and payout status. Great mobile app.

Cons

Documentation sometimes lacks depth for non-US workflows. Fees are not always obvious upfront depending on payout method.

In the beginning I used it for contract management and employee management but eventually I used it for general tasks since I travel and make and receive payments. overall has become an ideal option to avoid circumventing payments. I need immediate solutions and Deel does that for me.

Such a time saver when travelling. These other softwares become clunky whenever my devices leave my country and I have to rely on circumventing payments. solves this issue right away!

Cons

It can be too HR oriented, I feel that over time I can appareciate it's evolution but it's not intuitive for simple tasks like sending cash. Plus the customer support may be slightly slow.

Overall good, it’s fast and reliable, it’s also very easy to use, the verification is also fast. My overall experience with has been very positive. It's been great, to be honest, I had a client which always get payment lates due to customers inability to pay, and advance always saved me, relying the responsibility and stress over the client, so it was great knowing I could count on them

Pros

Even though it says payments take from 3-5 days, it never takes longer that 1 day (Unless is weekend). It's easy to manage different bank accounts, and contracts are ready to go online so quick. They have some tariffs that may look like they are a lot, but considering delivery time, they are fine most of the time, and have a good conversion rate to other currencies. Payroll is pretty much always on expected times

Cons

It's not directly related to , but with all of the middle men, (Deel and banks), even though tariffs are not excessive, they might be a lot, considering deel takes it part, and then the bank takes theirs

My overall experience with has been amazing so far. I find the Deel card to be very useful whenever I run out of money from my local bank account. Also, there are many rewards to be claimed whenever you are a part of an organization using Deel, which is very nice. All in all, my experience with Deel has been incredible.

I like the clean and easy-to-use UI. It is very easy and clear to navigate through all of the tabs. I find the finance tab very useful to track all of my expenses, upcoming payments, balance, etc. Also, whenever I had an issue with my account, the customer support was on point, responding very quickly and helping me resolve my problem.

Cons

There is not much I dislike about , but something that I don't particularly like, is that I have to pay a $25 fee every time I want to withdraw money into my local bank account. I am not sure if Deel CAN do something about this but, this is the only con I find about Deel.

My experience has been largely positive. It effectively removes the headache of international compliance and "borderless" employment. The platform is intuitive, and it feels secure. It’s a massive upgrade from manually invoicing clients and chasing payments across different time zones; simply centralizes everything into one professional dashboard

Pros

The flexibility of withdrawal methods is a standout feature. Being able to choose between local bank transfers, Revolut, or even Coinbase is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate the automated tax document generation and the " Card" feature, which makes accessing funds much faster than traditional international wire transfers

Cons

The customer support response times can be a bit slow during peak periods, and the verification process (KYC) can sometimes feel redundant if you have to re-upload documents. Also, while the interface is sleek, the exchange rates can occasionally be slightly less competitive than specialized FX platforms
