More dependable and better user experience overall. Pros I really appreciate being able to have automatic withdraw to different accounts. That way I don't have to log in once I get the deposit, it automatically goes into every account Cons I asks for the verification code everytime I log in even if I request for that to be stopped for a week. The best ally any contractor can have, easy interface, clear communication, and fast transactions. Love it. Cons That's not really Deels fault but sometimes my provider does not pay on time and then it just shows "delayed" but you have no way to get in contact with the provider or get any insights on where the money is blocked. I did not see an issue with the old way we were paid though. Just seems like they are trying to make it easier on them. Not really easier on us though. Pros Potentially faster than mailing a paper paycheck. I really don't understand the need though. The paper checks we used to receive were just fine. Cons Deel does not email you when you have a deposit into your account. You physically have to log in every once ina while to check. This was my payroll service, on one of my first remote jobs. I believe more remote jobs should use Deel. Pros I really enjoyed the website and app, and how easy is was to navigate. I didn’t have a hard time trying to figure anything out. Cons I don’t have anything bad to say about Deel. This was my first time using im and I would recommend future companies to use it as well. I can have it on my phone, and it makes it much easier for me to manage my money. It's fast. As a user I can say I'm a massive Deel fan and would recommend it anytime. Pros I've been using Deel as an international contractor for over 2 years now and I love it. It makes it easy to establish a framework with the employer and handle payments, as it integrates seamlessly with wallets such as Wise. Also, shout out to the perks - my favorite is the one with Booking.com. Special mention to the Deel card, making it even easier to manage money. Cons I find the login process very slow, both in the website and the app. And some of the UI/UX could be better. Also, the Deel card extra fee for non-USD purchases is kind of annoying. I can wait some time for the website to process but on the other hand everything is automatic and gets done by its own. Constant updates about my money makes it more amazing Pros Smooth payment facilitation for me. I dont have to worry about updating any manual invoices or something. Payments get settled automatically. Cons I would say the processing time, but again that is something which is regulated by banks. Sometimes the loading takes a lot of time on deel website though. I use it for my work through Turing, and I’ve always been paid on time without issues. The platform is well-designed and secure,although I do think there’s room to improve on transfer flexibility and fees. Pros Deel is fast, reliable, and secure. It makes it incredibly easy to receive payments internationally, and the user interface is intuitive. I especially appreciate how quickly payments are processed, it removes a lot of stress from remote work. Cons The fees for transferring to a local bank account are a bit high, especially for smaller amounts. It would also be great to have more withdrawal options available beyond the current list.
