Overall, I’m really happy with Deel. I have to say I fell in love with the mobile app — it’s so handy. I definitely plan to keep using Deel for signing contracts with my clients in the future.

Pros

I really like how convenient Deel is overall. It combines all the tools I need to work with my clients in one place. I especially appreciate getting early notifications about upcoming payments — it saves me from having to wait for bank updates (like SWIFT). The ability to track funds is great too. Managing contracts through Deel is another big plus for me — it just makes the whole process much smoother.

Cons

The interface looks nice, but I do feel it can get a bit cluttered at times. For example, it can be tricky to find where to enter the number of days for a payout. Since I only need to check the dashboard once a month, it’s easy to forget where things are. Having some quick shortcuts for these actions would be super helpful — but as far as I know, there aren’t any yet.

Actually it is very good to log in and out quickly. I like the idea of pay as you go but every payment and orderings received higher fees.

Pros

I like when I order my money outer banks account, quickly they sent to provider and I see in my bank account no matter time it is.

Sometimes even if log in to my account. And try to navigate application is giving slow response. Higher fees for payments, orderings

I've been with deel for 5 yrs now and overall deel is truly amazing no late payments, charges are at reasonable and lastly something you can trusted.

Pros

I'd like most is that it's on time payment no hassle no long hours 9f waiting like its instant. Deel app also is so friendly. And lastly, you advance your payment with deel incase you have an emergency and no need to wait for your next schedule payment.

Cons

I can think about it now because im a user for almost 5 years now and deel. Has been so good in terms of payment.

Lo que más me gustó de Deel es la facilidad para retirar los fondos de manera rápida y segura. La plataforma es muy intuitiva, el proceso de retiro es sencillo y transparente, y siempre he podido acceder a mi dinero sin complicaciones. Lo que menos me gustó de Deel es la conversión de moneda cuando se trata de retirar dinero en Colombia. It has allowed our organization to scale globally without the administrative nightmare of setting up local entities or worrying about local labor laws. It saves our finance and HR teams roughly 10-15 hours a month on administrative work. It is a reliable, "set it and forget it" solution for global payroll and contractor management.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly intuitive; you don't need to be an HR expert to navigate it. The best feature is the compliance aspect—Deel generates localized, legally compliant contracts for over 150 countries in minutes. It completely removes the stress of legal risks when hiring abroad. I also love the flexibility it offers our team members regarding withdrawal methods (crypto, bank transfer, Wise, etc.) and the fact that we can pay everyone with a single click.

Cons

There are very few downsides, but if I had to pick one, it would be the exchange rates and FX fees. They are convenient but can sometimes be slightly higher than using a dedicated remittance service. Additionally, customer support is generally helpful, but during the end-of-month payroll rush, their response times can be a little slower than usual.

Cons

One downside for me is that you’re required to withdraw all available funds at once. I’d really prefer the option to keep some money in my account and save in USD, rather than having to withdraw the full balance every time.

I have used Deel as an independent contractor working for a company that had it set up - I didn't find Deel myself. I'm so glad it exists and works so well.

Pros

It was super easy to use. As a contractor, all I had to do was hit a button to start and stop my time; Deel took care of invoicing and calculating rates and everything. There's easy access to my contract and I can schedule auto withdrawals from my Deel account so it flows pretty seamlessly. It seems like a good value for money on my end because all I don't see any extra fees. Deel has also been fairly supportive when I've had issues, which was only during initial setup.

Cons

The app is a little slow on my phone (Moto G 5G 2024). When I mentioned this, Deel was happy to offer support, but my current contract is almost over. Some of the initial setup was a little confusing but I figured it out.

Very easy to use, I particularly love the deel card, the platform in itself gives me a feeling of financial safety, I know when and how ill receive my money and I can also very easily operate the cards and expenses

Cons

The exchange rates are not good, they work in detriment of the worker and the fees to withdraw to methods other than the deel card are extremely high

Overall, my experience with Deel has been excellent. It’s my first time using the platform, and I’m really impressed with the payout methods and the transparency in contracts. The best part is the ability to track both current and upcoming payouts easily. If I receive another contract in the future, I’ll definitely request that it be managed through Deel.

Pros

It offers an easy onboarding process, efficient contract management, seamless payment tracking, and, best of all, multiple convenient withdrawal options.

Cons

I think some parts of the app’s UI feel a bit complicated, and it takes considerable effort to find quick options like adding an invoice. Additionally, the app occasionally lags or fails to start when I try to authenticate using Face ID.

My experience with Deel is mostly positive. Do a withdraw is really easy, the app is easy to use and the sections are well divide and is clear and clean.

Pros

Is easy to use, in almost of cases. I have no problem with the withdraw process, is really easy to make a withdraw.

Cons

The Deel Card management is, for me, poor. In a recent update enhanced the Finance tab, but the Deel Card section have some problems like: Don't save my last Deel Card used, instead show me the card in eur.

My experience has been very good, I can monitor my transactions at any time with just a couple of clicks from my computer or phone using the Deel mobile app. I am truly delighted!

Pros

I love that it's easy to use, it also gives me the opportunity to manage my transactions without needing to constantly monitor my money, such as with the auto-withdraw feature.

Cons

I couldn't say there's anything I dislike, and I'm being truly honest when I say that. I feel super satisfied with DEEL

So far my experience with Deel has been positive. It’s a very good payment platform app and it does its job well, and If they offered more competitive exchange rates, they would undoubtedly be the top choice in the market.

Pros

Deel is a very good payment platform with clear and detailed tracking. I really like how everything is centralized, from payments, invoices, and transaction history are easy to access and monitor, which makes managing payouts stress-free as a freelancer.

Cons

Exchange rates are not very competitive compared to other platforms and additionally sometimes booting the app is a bit slower hopefully they can improve this part :)

Aside from the issue with the notifications, Deel has been excellent for me, I really like how easy it is to move funds from my account to my Deel Card

Pros

What I like most about Deel is its incredible ease of use. The interface makes checking payments exceptionally simple, and the added feature of getting a debit card that integrates directly with Apple Pay makes it a significantly more convenient and agreeable platform. As a first-time user, I'm genuinely impressed and very happy with the experience.

Cons

While I'm generally happy with Deel, there are a few issues that have been bothersome. Specifically, the mobile app notifications are problematic. I frequently see a persistent count of pending, unread notifications, and marking them as read doesn't consistently make the indicator disappear. Furthermore, I believe the fee for a physical card is too high, especially considering the extended delivery time required to receive it. Also, when I want to see the detail of a notification it shows a blank page screen which is odd

What I liked least about Deel is that, while the platform is very polished, some features could be more flexible for contractors. For example, sometimes the payout processing time can vary depending on the payment method or client setup, and it’s not always clear why a delay happens — I’d appreciate more transparency or real-time updates on that process.

My overall experience with Deel has been excellent. It has allowed our organization to scale globally without the administrative nightmare of setting up local entities or worrying about local labor laws. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and built to simplify processes that are usually time-consuming and complex.

Pros

Ease of Use: The seamless and intuitive interface makes managing contracts, payments, and compliance incredibly easy. Centralized Management: Everything is stored in one central location, making staff documentation management much easier. Reliability: The platform is very reliable for ensuring payments are made on time. Mobile App: The mobile app is very handy and convenient for managing clients and contracts on the go.

Cons

The only problem is he interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, making it tricky to find specific input fields.

Overall, the application is really friendly. The advantage of having the Deel advance is great, and managing your hours and time sheets is great! Tracking your payments is very easy. I have not ever needed to use their support. And the transition from a previous platform to Deel was really easy.

Pros

Easy to use, everything is clear and easy to find. Very streamlined. Managing your hours and time sheets, and tracking your payment, is very good and clear.

Cons

The login on both phone devices and PC is way too slow. To log in using a PC, you still need a phone device that kind of sends you in circles a couple of times before you can confirm you are trying to log in. Also, the rate for foreign currencies is much lower than on other platforms.
