Les réponses sont souvent vagues, pas clairs du tout, à se renvoyer la balle entre collègue et tardives, ce qui complique considérablement ces démarches pour nous pourtant cruciales. Aucune communication par téléphone qui raccourcirait grandement le traitement. Après l'onboarding, le support client s'est avéré plus que décevant. En plus, le chargé de compte, après plusieurs mois d'absence, a soudainement réclamé des pénalités de retard de manière insistante. Ca donne vraiment l'impression que cette société c'est son revenu et le reste on s'en fou. Côté plateforme, comme leur support elle est alambiqué, compliquée pour rien de trouver l'information. I love that I receive payments quickly and don't have to send my own invoices. However, I think it could use some flexibility. I'm freelancing for a company, so for the first month, my pay didn't match what was in the Deel platform and I received the wrong pay. We had to deal with it outside the system and send separate invoices to make up for it which was a headache. Pros Smooth and efficient. I love that I don't have to send my own invoices and I receive my pay really quickly. Cons It's not possible to change payment amounts on a month-by-month basis.
