Deel allows me to work remotely without friction. The platform makes contract management and payments incredibly simple, removing the administrative headache. It’s reliable, intuitive, and exactly what I need to focus on my job instead of paperwork.

Pros

The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly. The UI is clean, and the automated invoicing saves me a lot of time every month.

Cons

I haven't faced major issues, but sometimes the withdrawal fees or exchange rates can be a bit high depending on the method chosen.

### "secure and easy to use to receive my salary"

It's a secure and easy-to-use platform for receiving my salary, paying, and transferring money. You don't need tutorials to learn how to use it.

Pros

It's easy to use, the user experience is friendly, the setup was simple, transferring to my bank was also easy, the money arrives on time, and the transfers are immediate.

Cons

Every time I log into the app, it asks me to set up my PIN and fingerprint. It's quite annoying to have to do it every time.

Was great I ven using feel to receive my payments for almost a year and works perfectly, as you can use to save money on USD can also have a card to use it online It’s good.

Pros

Can transfer direct to the bank easily, here in Colombia banks have low transfer fees so apps like payoneer, wise etc… take a big profit and make the invoicing process rough, with this every month is just go and sen my money, done

Cons

The UI can be overwhelming at first but have anything you need. Calculations, recipes, auto-invoicing and contracts, it’s perfect

After 3 years, I enjoy using Deel, and intend on continuing to use it for all of my contract management needs.

Pros

I enjoy how user friendly it is. I have access to everything including payroll, and allows me to manage my information with ease.

Cons

Initially I did find it was difficult to find the year end payroll / accounting information, but once I looked around, and was able to locate, I found it much easier to navigate.

It's been positive overall. I haven't had any issues or concerns. Everything runs very smoothly and I can always get what I need.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. My company made the switch from another platform and it's been an easy change. However, it's been much easier to use compared to the previous platform and has several useful features.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about Deel. I haven't run into any issues that would cause me to reach out to customer support or that would make want to use a different platform.

Pros

They show Value for money get the app I very easy to use and has no bugs or issues overall doing great

Cons

Is always asking for a pin to login and after I create one is always giving the same error, I also use biometrics to log in and then ask again to set it up

I had a normal experience, no inconvenients, I thought it was very easy to use and I have all my contract info at hand all the time.

Pros

How it easily manages all HR related processes, contracts, change of positions, payments, hours, etc. without the need of any papework or involvement from an HR team.

Cons

That I can't use it as a digital wallet without moving my money to another app, maybe in some countries you can do that but for my country is not the most advisable because of the currency exchange.

I like the fact is use to easy the app is well organized and easy to understand also the fact its pretty easy to withdraw the money and i love you working together with AstroPay

When I started using Deel, the first thing that really stood out was its incredible adaptability to my schedule. Bugs, more bugs, that's the main problem I encounter daily, and it really bothers me because it often slows down my concentration

Pros

It's easy to use and keeps me informed about the status of payment processes. Plus, it's easy to choose transfers and they arrive very quickly at the destination bank.

Cons

It's something that can't be removed, I would like the current conversion rate to dollars to be better. the fees.

### "BEWARE! Everything is OUTSOURCED . . . payroll, HR, 401k, etc."

OK, so our company used Deel for both the EOR and the PEO (USA) platform services. I will break this down into those two pieces as they are uniquely different, though the service level was equally terrible. First, the EOR services provided by Deel to our company . . . . Avoid at all cost! Their invoicing is inaccurate and full of errors consistently. When you have questions relating to the errors, you do not have anyone you can call. Everything is guided through "AI" which is actually just a google search. If you want a response from an actual person, you have to submit an e-mail ticket, but then it takes anywhere between 3 days to a month to get a response (YES, I said a MONTH!). If you do not pay the incorrect invoice, then they will not pay your employee(s) even if the mistake is on their end. We even had a case where they paid an employee twice for the same period! The employees get frustrated as well as they cannot speak to anyone on the phone to ask questions about their paycheck or their benefits. They have to go through the same e-mail process that takes weeks sometimes to get a response. Second, on the PEO (USA) side of things. Similar issues as the EOR, but way worse. As an administrator / HR Manager, there is no one to speak to about questions or issues with payroll or billing. All communication is through their "AI" which is just a google search. If you go through the e-mail ticket process, it can take 3 - 5 business days to get a response which usually is too late. Deel missed our first payroll to our employees and we had to pay everyone manual checks based on Net check amounts from our previous provider. Then they were supposed to provide payroll reports for that payroll so that the Taxes and Deductions were accounted for properly, but didn't get those to us until a month later and then the bill they gave us for it was wrong. Out of 4 payrolls processed with Deel, only two (2) were processed correctly and those were processed at the very last minute (the day before the employees were to be paid). Our HR team had to constantly reach out to Deel and essentially "babysit" them to ensure that the payrolls were processed in time for the employees to get paid (3 of the 4). After all of that, we still have not received the correct reports or invoices for the first and third payrolls. Trying to get someone on the phone to sort through the problems is virtually impossible. The issue is that Deel outsources all of their services (VensureHR for Payroll, Slavic401k, and others). Deel is just a bunch of "Sales people" and they sell you on a complete solution that fails every time you turn your head! That is why they try to lock you into multi-year contracts, so BEWARE!

Pros

The IDEA of what they are selling you - Complete Global HRIS and Payroll

Cons

EVERYTHING . . . their EOR Payroll Services, their PEO Services, their HR Services, their invoicing process, their employee communication, their Admin communication, etc.

I had a smooth experience with my verification, setting up payment methods, and time tracking while working. Navigating the tabs for pay cycles and invoices is easy and simple.

Pros

Easy to use, especially the time-tracking and pay-cycle features. It shows the details in a simplistic way. I found setting up the auto payment easy too.

Cons

Sometimes, it shows an update available, which I think is a bug. Also, it sometimes logs me in repeatedly, even though I think I was already logged in.

I like the scheduled alerts around new changes in my profile & updates on Vacation buckets. Also, love the graphs that immediately shows you difference in your pay.

Pros

Deel makes viewing my payslip easy. It's great contract management tool. Requesting time offs is made easy. The chat feature is responsive with great turn around on issues / requests. It's a great value for money for companies needing HR solution. Also, manages project management timesheets smooth

Cons

I doubt I have cons around the app so far and with the recent updates lately; Deel continues to make HR easy
