Cons PTO calculation led to a lot of confusion and discrepancies between the platform, what I had noted down, and what support was seeing on their end. It is simple to manage contracts and receive money, the money arrives really fast (in seconds it is on my Wise account). I can get earlier withdraws when needed, and I feel it is a very solid application.
