Intuitive interface, easy and quick to hire employees worldwide and make all payments without breaking any laws. That said, I also get paid by the company via deel and as a hired employee or contractor I have an exceptional wow effect from deel - suggestions for creating a card or getting money early, speed of sending payments - wow! If something is not fully understood - support always provides the best expirience in any convenient way possible. Pros Every case I have ever encountered has been easily solved with the product - it seems that the deel product managers have done a great job to analyse and create a product to suit all needs. Cons When I added the contractors agreement for the first time, deel offered me Deel COR and only explained the benefits of this feature. I had no idea that I would have to pay 350 usd min for this simple 2 step check. And I got this information when the contract was finalised. It didn't make sense since I hired a freelancer with a 200 usd contract. I would have preferred to know that this feature would be paid at the time deel offered it.
