You get emails after completing each step to confirm your tasks are done. Each task is signaled correctly. Cons I had to use Google Chrome to complete certain tasks that were integrated with another 3rd party- software (for example, reviewing and signing a contract on Docusign, completing certain forms, etc). I was using Safari and I had to refresh and re-complete the same steps as before since I wasn't able to move forward. Pros I was a contractor ,and my company used deel for Payroll and Contract Management. Everything was so easy to verify and check. And for the payroll although it was international payment as my company is based in USA and I live in India , I got the payment on the same day. Cons Nothing that I know about and that was important for me . For payroll there was a fee to transfer it to another currency , but I think there is a fee everywhere.
