Pros The practicality for the contracted workers to be paid through there while keeping everything legal, including the labor contract. Cons I can ONLY send money to personal accounts. This makes it impractical, as I often have to use intermediaries such as Global66 or Dolarapp to send that money to third parties; if it were allowed to send it to other accounts, I would even consider using Deel as a personal account and not only to receive money from a contract.
