Complicating the process of getting paid is not something that anyone wants, and Deel made it simple. Cons The Authentication process is a little long, but I understood the need to ensure security. As an independent contractor, Deel gives me peace of mind regarding payments. When both parties sign an agreement on Deel, I don’t have to worry about whether the client will pay on time. The security and confidence it brings are unmatched. Pros The process from start to signing the contract is incredibly smooth. There's complete transparency regarding payments and contract terms, which is something I hadn't seen before. The ability for contractors to request expenses is a nice addition. Plus, Deel supports various payment methods. Cons Honestly, I don't have many negative points. However, there's no mobile app available for workers or employers, which could limit flexibility for those who prefer managing tasks on the go.
