Everything works just fine for more than 2 years, the money is there in time, quick withdraws. I had the chance to use support aswell, they were fantastic, with a quick response. Pros \- That offers payroll on many countries, and made it easier for developers from outside of European Union to work. - You can get a Deel advance and pay for it later if you need some money - You can order a debit card and use it for paying with Deel - You can withdraw your money in different platforms Cons \- For not having a tax advice or tax service for my country - Kosovo. You can also choose to transfer to other E-wallets platform like Payoneer, Airtm, etc. Additionally you can choose to transfer directly into local bank accounts. The options are endless in that sense. Pros I like that onboarding onto the platform is easy and straight forward. Account verification is snappy as long as one provides all the requested documents. The UI is intuitive enough for one to be able to find their way round easily. The customer support if needed is within the portal, which is handy. The portal has a sleek interface.
