Overall, the application is really friendly. The advantage of having the Deel advance is great, and managing your hours and time sheets is great! Tracking your payments is very easy. I have not ever needed to use their support. And the transition from a previous platform to Deel was really easy.

Pros

Easy to use, everything is clear and easy to find. Very streamlined. Managing your hours and time sheets, and tracking your payment, is very good and clear.

Cons

The login on both phone devices and PC is way too slow. To log in using a PC, you still need a phone device that kind of sends you in circles a couple of times before you can confirm you are trying to log in. Also, the rate for foreign currencies is much lower than on other platforms.

The client I work with had the brilliant idea of choosing Deel to facilitate payments to their service providers, and the truth is that it was a great choice. For the company it was advantageous and easier to pay, and for us service providers it is more agile to have the information of what we are going to charge and the payment times.

Pros

I like its interface because it is easy to use, it has everything you need at hand. You can add all the most used payment methods. Withdrawal fees are not dependent on Deel, but are at least visible prior to each withdrawal.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like. I'm really happy using this app since the first day it was implemented.

Overall, my experience with Deel has been excellent. It’s my first time using the platform, and I’m really impressed with the payout methods and the transparency in contracts. The best part is the ability to track both current and upcoming payouts easily. If I receive another contract in the future, I’ll definitely request that it be managed through Deel.

Pros

It offers an easy onboarding process, efficient contract management, seamless payment tracking, and, best of all, multiple convenient withdrawal options.

Cons

I think some parts of the app’s UI feel a bit complicated, and it takes considerable effort to find quick options like adding an invoice. Additionally, the app occasionally lags or fails to start when I try to authenticate using Face ID.

In the beginning I used it for contract management and employee management but eventually I used it for general tasks since I travel and make and receive payments. Deel overall has become an ideal option to avoid circumventing payments. I need immediate solutions and Deel does that for me.

Pros

Such a time saver when travelling. These other softwares become clunky whenever my devices leave my country and I have to rely on circumventing payments. Deel solves this issue right away!

Cons

It can be too HR oriented, I feel that over time I can appareciate it's evolution but it's not intuitive for simple tasks like sending cash. Plus the customer support may be slightly slow.

Aside from the issue with the notifications, Deel has been excellent for me, I really like how easy it is to move funds from my account to my Deel Card

Pros

What I like most about Deel is its incredible ease of use. The interface makes checking payments exceptionally simple, and the added feature of getting a debit card that integrates directly with Apple Pay makes it a significantly more convenient and agreeable platform. As a first-time user, I'm genuinely impressed and very happy with the experience.

Cons

While I'm generally happy with Deel, there are a few issues that have been bothersome. Specifically, the mobile app notifications are problematic. I frequently see a persistent count of pending, unread notifications, and marking them as read doesn't consistently make the indicator disappear. Furthermore, I believe the fee for a physical card is too high, especially considering the extended delivery time required to receive it. Also, when I want to see the detail of a notification it shows a blank page screen which is odd

My experience with Deel has been positive overall, as I believe it is an interesting solution that generates value. There are aspects that could be improved in terms of coverage and performance, but overall, I recommend it. I give it 4/5 stars rather than 5/5 because of the details I mentioned earlier.

Pros

I consider Deel to be an ingenious solution for international workers who work as contractors. In general terms, I can say that the interface is easy to use, intuitive, and pleasant. Regarding opportunities for improvement, I think it is important to mention that the web platform is sometimes a bit slow, especially when it comes to the payments and transfers panel, which is why I don't give it a 5/5. Overall, I recommend it as an international payroll platform.

Cons

Now, with regard to the opportunities for improvement that we consider in the case of Deel, the first would be the speed of the web platform, since in several cases and on Windows itself it is somewhat slow and has recurring bugs where it freezes, especially on the transfer platform. The Deel card solution is adequate, but it has quite high fees in international terms

I'd like most is that it's on time payment no hassle no long hours 9f waiting like its instant. Deel app also is so friendly. And lastly, you advance your payment with deel incase you have an emergency and no need to wait for your next schedule payment.

Excellent, easy to use. I use mostly the app on my cellphone, and it feels both simple and secure. I think this year I am going to try the Deel Card.

Outstanding tool for payments and contract management. Very intuitive and easy to set and link to my domestic bank account.

Cons

Good things are not cheap, so I don't like the commision/fee charged when transferring the fudns to my domestic bank account, but I understand it is their way for revenue.

### "BEWARE! Everything is OUTSOURCED . . . payroll, HR, 401k, etc."

OK, so our company used Deel for both the EOR and the PEO (USA) platform services. I will break this down into those two pieces as they are uniquely different, though the service level was equally terrible. First, the EOR services provided by Deel to our company . . . . Avoid at all cost! Their invoicing is inaccurate and full of errors consistently. When you have questions relating to the errors, you do not have anyone you can call. Everything is guided through "AI" which is actually just a google search. If you want a response from an actual person, you have to submit an e-mail ticket, but then it takes anywhere between 3 days to a month to get a response (YES, I said a MONTH!). If you do not pay the incorrect invoice, then they will not pay your employee(s) even if the mistake is on their end. We even had a case where they paid an employee twice for the same period! The employees get frustrated as well as they cannot speak to anyone on the phone to ask questions about their paycheck or their benefits. They have to go through the same e-mail process that takes weeks sometimes to get a response. Second, on the PEO (USA) side of things. Similar issues as the EOR, but way worse. As an administrator / HR Manager, there is no one to speak to about questions or issues with payroll or billing. All communication is through their "AI" which is just a google search. If you go through the e-mail ticket process, it can take 3 - 5 business days to get a response which usually is too late. Deel missed our first payroll to our employees and we had to pay everyone manual checks based on Net check amounts from our previous provider. Then they were supposed to provide payroll reports for that payroll so that the Taxes and Deductions were accounted for properly, but didn't get those to us until a month later and then the bill they gave us for it was wrong. Out of 4 payrolls processed with Deel, only two (2) were processed correctly and those were processed at the very last minute (the day before the employees were to be paid). Our HR team had to constantly reach out to Deel and essentially "babysit" them to ensure that the payrolls were processed in time for the employees to get paid (3 of the 4). After all of that, we still have not received the correct reports or invoices for the first and third payrolls. Trying to get someone on the phone to sort through the problems is virtually impossible. The issue is that Deel outsources all of their services (VensureHR for Payroll, Slavic401k, and others). Deel is just a bunch of "Sales people" and they sell you on a complete solution that fails every time you turn your head! That is why they try to lock you into multi-year contracts, so BEWARE!

Pros

The IDEA of what they are selling you - Complete Global HRIS and Payroll

Cons

EVERYTHING . . . their EOR Payroll Services, their PEO Services, their HR Services, their invoicing process, their employee communication, their Admin communication, etc.

Very easy to use, I particularly love the deel card, the platform in itself gives me a feeling of financial safety, I know when and how ill receive my money and I can also very easily operate the cards and expenses

The exchange rates are not good, they work in detriment of the worker and the fees to withdraw to methods other than the deel card are extremely high

What I like the most about Deel is the ease of use. It always gives the information right on time. When I am going to be paid, how many days away I am going to be paid, and the most important when I got paid. So I received that information right on time. Besides, the app is very easy and simple to use.

I am happy with the app. I have had any problems, so for me, it works well. But If I have to say something, It seems that somehow it doesn't let me make a withdrawal if the company is not a bank.

Cons

The Deel Card management is, for me, poor. In a recent update enhanced the Finance tab, but the Deel Card section have some problems like: Don't save my last Deel Card used, instead show me the card in eur.

Very easy to use and very little technical issue. Even something inconvenience or error occur, the customer service will help you ASAP.

Pros

I really like Deel. I especially appreciate its excellent tracking feature, which helps me keep detailed records of my daily work hours. I'm also very satisfied that payments are deposited in Japanese yen into my Japanese bank account. These features make Deel a key factor in my decision to renew.

Cons

You can not set your own time like PST or JST. So if you are in Japan and work for U.S. company you need manually input,
