The contract management portion was fairly straightforward. Pros It was easy to to use and had okay customer support. I didn't use the chat communication feature because it was not needed. Cons A little bit vague and time consuming But overall it was worth it. I didn't experience any significant bugs or issues. December 4, 2025 5.0 A fantastic intermediary between agency and contractor, especially when they are based in different countries. Pros Deel allows me to receive payments for contractor work in a very efficient way. I have absolute clarity and visibility on the activities I am being paid for. Cons It was only possible to include one hourly rate for my services, although the rate differs based on the client type - this results in us needing to manually flex the number of hours to arrive at the correct payment amount. They have grown exponentially in a short period of time so the personalized experience has gone down a bit. I'd still go with Deel over any other provider. Pros Extremely user friendly and intuitive platform. As an admin of the system, you have a lot of compliance details at your fingertips. Cons The customer support has gone a bit down hill most probably due to their extreme growth. Where you may have received a promise of something happening previously, it now can't be done due to "risk". Also, waiting times when you put in a request of a query have extended. So far, I only had one complaint, but IT was really efficient to solve it and I no longer have the issue. Pros Everything is in there: Contracts, documentation, pay rate, next pay date. It’s really easy to use. I also enjoy the possibility to integrate other apps to it, such as HubStaff. Cons So far, I have not found things I dislike.
