### "Works great!"

February 17, 2021

5.0

I really enjoy using this software. It is right to the point and does what it is supposed to do. I have not used any other video dialer software to compare it to but I'm happy with it.

Pros

I like most that it is so easy to use. Set up is not difficult and then you just dial a number! It is helpful that it routes your personal number to show up with your work number.

Cons

There has been a number of times where the call was dropped. This was very infrequent and when it did happen it seems to just be what tends to happen with any technology.

### "Highly Recommend"

June 11, 2025

5.0

My experience has been great. We have dialer pro for free clinics. The enrollment was very quick and smooth. This has allowed us to have telehealth visits at no cost and we are very thankful.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to use. It was very easy to sign up for this. I also love the feature of calling patients and it showing the assigned clinic number.

Cons

I have absolutely no complaints about Doximity. Everything has been working out very well for us. Thank you

### "Fraudulent reviews"

April 6, 2023

1.0

Very poor when I reported a fraudulent review that’s absolutely could not have ever have happened. Doximity said they would look into it and then I never heard anything back.

Pros

The ability to call with anonymous number.

Cons

Doximity continues to allow fraudulent reviews by patients who are fictitious patients. Or prior peers at work who are revengeful.

### "Doximity app"

February 8, 2026

5.0

Doximity is extremely useful for the reasons above and in addition to the features I have discussed, I also use the available free fax line to send and receive faxes sometimes, although for sending documents to my colleagues, I do not fax but simply attach the document to the message to allow for transfet of a high quality full color image.

Pros

The Doximity app is useful in so many ways. For my purposes, I find the two most useful features are first - communication and document sharing with medical colleagues in HIPAA compliant fashion, and second - communication with patients through the app using the feature which allows office number to appear on caller ID. I am able to send messages directly to other physicians involved in care of my patients and get an answer much more predictably and also more specifically as I describe below than trying to reach them by leaving a message at their office or faxing a question. I can include all of the details for my inquiry for the recipient to read instead of depending on office staff members to deliver my message or question and receive a message. I can also send high quality images and testing printouts in full color for the recipient to evaluate. I can communicate with patients without having my cell phone number appear on caller ID and can usually communicate through a high quality call as long as I have a good internet connection which is usually the case if I am at home or in a location where I can have a WiFi connection.

Cons

The only downside is that more physicians and healthcare professionals have yet to start using the Doximity app. I would be able to reach even more of my colleagues in the various healthcare professions regarding management of specific patients if more of us started using Doximity

### "Honestly, you need to give this a try."

August 13, 2025

5.0

Fantastic and Legitimately useful in my daily practice. Integrate seamlessly with the epic electronic health system.

Pros

It is easy to use, HIPAA compliant, has all of the necessary features and unexpected bonus features even in the free version. I have never had issues with video or audio. Doximity GPT has made patient management more efficient. Customer support is timely in your emails.

Cons

All of these things I disliked or felt were lacking have been added or fixed in updates overtime. As a personal quirk, I find the news feed distracting.

### "Doximity review. "

August 30, 2022

4.0

My remote work is heavily dependent on the credibility of Doximity app. I need to use this to be able to communicate with my patients while working remotely. Yes, I like and need Doximity app.

Pros

It is great that we can call patients as if we are calling from the office/hospital setting, while hiding our personal cell phone information. It is great, as long as the WiFi is good and Internet connection is good.

Cons

It doesn't work, if Internet connection is not done. Also, one time, the registered office phone number was switched to some phone numbers in NY for unknown reasons. For a while when the patients receive a call from me (hospital/office), they didn't answer looking at the unknown NY numbers. I hope the registered office number won't be switched to something else suddenly for unknown reasons..

### "Use for Healthcare Professionals and Confidential Calling"

February 20, 2023

5.0

Doxmity has significantly improved patient care through making communication more accessible. I am only in the office with my landline phone 1.5 days a week, and I would not be able to communicate with my clients otherwise without Doximity.

Pros

I love that Doximity affords me the opportunity to maintain contact with my clients, even when I am not in the office. Our profession does not allow for giving others our personal phone numbers, so it is great to be able to call clients from various locations -rather than only when I'm at my physical office phone.

Cons

I wish that when clients called, it would come to my phone. When they call, it goes to my office phone and then I have to check my voicemail and call them from my phone with Doximity. It would be fantastic if I could turn on a feature that made the calls come to my phone when I'm not at my office landline.

### "Great way to do Telemedicine"

May 24, 2021

5.0

Use it for weekly sessions with my therapist. I get a link and can use it on my computer or phone

Pros

Been using this app for a few months now and I really enjoy it. Super easy and user friendly. My doc sends me a link I click it and we connect. No software to download, easy.

Cons

The layout leaves a bunch to be desired basically just two cameras connecting. But it is all i need to connect with my doctor

### "Very good application for healthcare"

October 4, 2021

4.0

Very good experience, technical support helpful and overall a very beneficial application.

Pros

Great apps to use you personal phone but ID by hospital. Also very good social network. Some interesting articles also come across news feed. Overall good application.

Cons

Sometimes navigating can be "clunky". There are times when notifications arise that are not relevant.

### "Doximity review"

March 26, 2021

4.0

Great, especially for patient encounters.

Pros

Great for articles. The most invaluable feature that I use all the time for patient encounters is the Doximity phone dialer. Allows me to call patients from my own cellphone and have the caller ID list my clinic phone number.

Cons

The phone application works well, but having to log in to view every single article on the web gets kind of annoying.

### "Doximity Can Save Time"

January 6, 2022

4.0

I haven't used the fax service, but it sounds like it would be convenient, and another time saver. I am definitely interested in trying this feature, though I rarely use faxed documents in my practice.

Pros

What I like most about Doximity is that when I call patients from my cell phone, the phone number displayed to the patient is my office phone number. This has been a time saver for me, because I can call a patient when I'm not in the office, and not reveal my private phone number. I don't have to return to my office or wait until the next time I'm in the office to reach out/respond to a patient.

Cons

Occasionally the call drops. It happens infrequently, but is always frustrating.

### "End User Opinion"

September 24, 2020

2.0

Pros

I like the fact that it shrouds my cell phone number from the recipient.

Cons

I do not like that it disconnected from the call frequently when using remotely.
