My overall experience with Spocket has been terrible. The platform did not work as promised, support was almost nonexistent, and every interaction felt like stalling and avoidance rather than actual help. For more than two weeks, I chased support for a fix or a refund and received nothing but copy-paste responses. In the end, my access was cut off while my money was taken. This experience destroyed my trust in the platform. I would strongly warn anyone considering Spocket to be careful — it caused me stress, financial loss, and absolutely no benefit.

Pros

Their website and marketing make big claims about fast shipping, high-quality suppliers, and reliable customer support. On the surface, it looks like a great solution — but in my experience, these claims did not match reality.

Cons

My experience with Spocket has been shockingly bad from day one. The platform had technical issues immediately after I subscribed, and I was never able to use it as advertised. I reached out to support relentlessly — multiple times a day for several days — and all I received were generic copy-paste replies telling me to “wait,” with zero real support or accountability. Spocket promised to fix the issue and compensate me with three extra months of access. Not only did they fail to fix anything, but after more than two weeks of empty promises and no action, they removed my access completely, despite my paid subscription and ongoing unresolved case. The level of neglect and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a paid SaaS product. There was no real support, no resolution, no ownership of the problem, and no value delivered whatsoever. Instead of enabling my business, Spocket became a source of stress, wasted time, and financial loss. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this platform. It cost me time, money, and confidence — with absolutely nothing to show for it in return.

They make it incredibly easy to take your money, but when things go wrong — and they will — you’re on your own. I had a legitimate dispute involving a faulty transaction and Spocket offered zero support. I even went through American Express to dispute the charge, and despite submitting all proof, the dispute was somehow lost — which tells me Spocket is very good at covering their tracks but not at delivering value or customer service. They don’t respond meaningfully to emails, they don’t take accountability, and they clearly don’t mind profiting off their users with shady practices. Spocket is the kind of company that gives dropshipping a bad name. Do yourself a favor — stay far away and use a supplier that doesn’t rob you blind and ignore you afterward. Shameful platform. I will never use it again.

NOTHING - this app does nothing to help grow or build your business. Its all a scam to get you in a trial and take your money.

Cons

Hated everything about it. The people behind the scene are rude and disgraceful. I dont know how they are still around.

Spocket should be investigated, sued, and banned from operating. Their predatory billing practices are well-documented online — just search Reddit and you’ll see I’m far from the only one. They rely on poor communication, no cancellation confirmations, and a strict no-refund policy to trap users into unwanted subscriptions. I never used the service and still got charged. This is unethical and unacceptable. Avoid Spocket at all costs.

Pros

The idea behind the platform seems promising on paper, and the Shopify integration is straightforward. But that’s about it.

Cons

This company runs a borderline scam. I signed up for a trial, canceled it the same day, and never received a confirmation. Weeks later, they charged me $99 for an annual subscription I never authorized. Their support team took days to respond and then refused a refund, claiming they had no record of cancellation. On top of that, they don’t let you remove your credit card info from their system — which is outrageous and a serious data privacy concern.

his company is absolutely terrible! They literally stole my money, and I don’t even have access to my account anymore. Every attempt to contact them has been met with complete indifference and ignorance. Their customer service is non-existent – they act like robots, not humans. It’s beyond disgraceful! They have no respect for their customers, no professionalism, and no willingness to help. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a company!

Not great, it is basically just another middle man in these tired processes, doesn't even bother to modify the data like tags, description or images etc. some of them even have DHGATE etc. left there, better off doing the entire process yourself and not pay someone else to jump on the prices Didn't even bother to send a courtesy email after the trial period either, not a great business practise

Bad customer service Terrible profit margins versus competition Bad user interface, little popups everywhere, only a small amount of items per page, god forbid you have a search query and want to go back to a specific page; i.e. page 1, 25, or 50 of the search query. Nope 5 at a time, have fun looking for that product you missed

Von 500 Artikeln sind am Ende nur noch 200 Lieferbar. 80% sind von BigBuy für den europäischen Markt. Von 10 Bestellungen wurde eine Pünktlich geliefert, 7 im Nachgang storniert. 1 zu spät geliefert und die andere hat eine schlechte Qualität. Die Plattform hat ständig Synchronisations Fehler mit dem Shopsystem. Auf der Plattform selbst werden viele Anbieter fehlerhaft dargestellt. Der Oberhammer ist aber, das vor Ende mit Drohung von Kündigung, für die schlechte Perfomance eine 3 Monate freie Mitgliedschaft angeboten wird, sozusagen als Endschädigung und dann einfach das Geld abgebucht wird. Darauf ist der Support nicht mehr erreichbar. Zuvor Reaktionszeit von 5 Minuten. Achtung!

My experience with Spocket has been deeply disappointing. Tech support feels robotic and impersonal, relying too heavily on automated responses with little human connection. After a billing error during my trial, I faced slow responses and a lack of compassion, despite sharing the urgency of my situation. Spocket’s customer service seems to lack the soul and understanding that small business owners need. This is not the support I expected from a platform promising to empower entrepreneurs.

Platform seemed helpful but turned out to be soulless ai bent on taking your payment at all odds! Be careful!

Confusing interface and Lack of Compassion and Support - horrendous experience that makes you feel like you are just a number.

Using Spocket has been a deeply frustrating experience. After canceling my subscription, I accepted a so-called "free trial month," with the clear understanding that my account would be canceled afterward if I didn’t wish to continue. Despite this, I was charged around €93 on October 19 for a service I neither requested nor used. Spocket's customer support has been utterly unhelpful and unresponsive. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to their shady practices. I also see that many others are facing the same problem, yet Spocket chooses to ignore these issues. To add to the deception, many positive reviews online seem fake, most likely generated by bots, as they only review Spocket and nothing else. I strongly advise against using this platform. Their billing practices are dishonest, and their customer support is nearly non-existent. Don’t fall into their trap like I did.

Pros

There are no real benefits. The service was misleading, and I can't highlight anything positive.
