It’s a welcome improvement to a process I’ve seen elsewhere. Pros The app works easily with no bugs for me so far and it allows me to have all the information I need in one place. Cons It’s perfectly fine for me so far, functionality wise. However, it could improve slightly on its use of colours in its design. Pros Screenable is touted as a free video interview platform for more effective applicant screening...not exactly as it seems to be another form of video conferencing. There is a good processes in the background in terms of setting up interview questions for the candidates to respond to. Cons Limited when compared to some of the more established interview question driven software on the market. As with a lot of response driven programmes, not sure how many good candidates got filtered out because the screen did not pick up the correct wording. Review Source SR Seán R. I enjoy the video interviewing concept and found it extremely relevant given current circumstances. Very user friendly too.
