Pros Access to features only available in desktop fashion makes momentum with leads much quicker. Cons Pricing. You should have a trial and less upgraded versions. The trial should be a lite version and then you should have full access to full version. Different versions of full version defeats apps purpose and slows momentum down with leads. Pros DealCheck is an excellent tool for real estate investors. It has all the features I need to analyze and track my investments, and it has saved me a lot of time and effort. The pricing is very reasonable, and I've found it to be a great value for the money. I also use DealCheck to generate reports for my clients, which has been very well-received. They appreciate being able to see all the details of their investments in one place. Cons One suggestion for improvement would be to add the ability to analyze multi-building deals (i.e., multiple properties under one transaction, also known as blanket/portfolio deals). This would be a great feature for investors who are looking to acquire multiple properties at once. Its quick, easy and directionally accurate. My entire Real Estate group, Six-Figure Landlord, use this tool and it helps us to have thoughtful and accurate discussions on whether or not to make the investment into the property. If interested in a great mentor group to join check this out - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] Pros I like the fact that it is easy to connect to Zillow for pulling in the most relevant information on a property and to quickly adjust the information as you learn it through the due diligence process Cons It takes time to learn all of the other accessible tools. Pros It's easy to import data from other platforms, and you can adjust that to fit your deal. If asking price is one thing and you know you will have to escalate, you can plug in different numbers. And if you know you can get a higher rental rate you can enter that too. Cons It would be great if this software could be adapted for short-term rental. Which can do a lot and become essential. But it's a lot of work and therefore you don't do it when "quickly" analyzing a property. The ease of use of deal check is so straightforward it allows you to consistently do it for even those "back of the napkin" analysis.
