Pros The easy navigation of the app, with extensive rewards and access to physical and mental health resources. Cons Very little, rewards were challenging while still achievable. The app is visually a little dated and blocky but runs smoothly and still very clear. The platform is incredibly easy to use, packed with engaging content, and the leaderboards added a fun, competitive edge that really motivated everyone to get moving. Connecting our fitness apps like Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit was seamless, ensuring all our activities were captured accurately. The addition of cycling features alongside step tracking was also a great bonus. I’d highly recommend GoVida to any organisation wanting to champion mental health, wellbeing, and teamwork through an enjoyable and inclusive activity challenge. Pros GoVida is really easy to use and full of engaging content that keeps everyone motivated. The leaderboards added a fun competitive element, and connecting fitness apps like Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit was seamless. The cycling features were a great addition alongside step tracking, and the customer service team were incredibly efficient and supportive when getting everything set up. Pros Really easy to understand and use. Great updates from the team to lets us know how we were doing and what we needed to do. Most of all it was fun - which kept the kids involved and we raised a lot of money for a very good cause. Well done Govida! Cons Hard to criticise- it was a challenge getting the kids connected but that is just a general issue with wearable tech for kids. Govida soon sorted it all out with clear instructions and help when needed. Cons At first I thought my watch wouldn’t sync, as it’s a less known brand. But Govida helped with getting the information for my fitness tracker and it now all works well? No complaints. I have enjoyed the team challenge Lands end to John O Groats- and would like to see more. It has been good for our workforce. Cons I would like navigating around the apps different functions to be easier. There are a couple of workouts I'd like to do - for example runners stretch. However I sometimes struggle to find where I saw them. Maybe an option to " save your favourites" ? Wether it be tracking my steps for the day, using the cooking recipes, general wellness podcasts. Theres always something to do on there, with the added bonus of collecting points to redeem vouchers after! Pros I love GoVida as it encourages me to be more active and do more activities throughout the day. The app is user friendly and gives me the chance to try activites I've never done like yoga and meditation. Cons I like everything about GoVida, theres nothing that i dont like.
