### "The best well-being app for a holistic all rounder "

In the present climate it’s so important to make sure you look after your people, allowing all team members to contribute and engage. Supporting physical and mental health.

Pros

Ease of use, daily reminders, team challenges and dashboard stats available at will.

Cons

Previously it didn’t record cycling activity and it’s great to see this had now been added! Strava link is fab.

Pros

My most used feature is the leaderboard and I think that part is easy to navigate to and to use it.

Cons

The notification settings. There is only a generic toggle for all of the notifications and I cannot disable the ones I am not interested in it. For example, GoVida sends a notification to remind me to take a deep breath which annoys me.

I have mixed feelings - it has a bit of everything but in all fields (health-tracking, sports, mental health, community) there are better apps.

Pros

I like the community feeling of it - we use it company-wide and can challange each other.

Cons

The user experience is not perfect, navigating through the app and finding relevant information is hard.
