Nice people to work with. Pros egoldfax was very convenient and affordable. Never had an issue sending or receiving faxes via email. Cons There were no cons while we used them. The only thing was junk faxes came through but that is something that couldn't be avoided. Many times, we integrate this product with our Sharp copier systems and that also works very well! Pros eGoldFax is a great product that helps my customers save money on faxing and provides much better reliability than traditional fax lines. The standard features such as sending a fax from Outlook (company-wide), 10-years of archiving, and no line bottlenecks are also a huge plus to any business that faxes frequently. Once our printers had the app installed they never had a problem again. All of our remote users now use the app and they are very happy. Pros The fact that their service team helped us move away from hard line POTs lines and ported all of our schools' fax numbers to the GoldFax service. Pros The system is easy enough to use once all information is input into your fax machine Cons The process to save a contact is time consuming. The fact of it being internet based, if your internet goes out or glitches, the fax might not be sent or received.
