Overall: My overall experience with Precision Care Mental Health Case Records is subpar, I feel as though it could be a lot more user friendly while still also following HIPAA.
Pros: I like that this software is web based, therefore I can access it from wherever when I would like to enter progress notes and other information into the system.
Cons: I do not like when I enter in a date and then go to move to the next box, the page almost resets and you have to wait for that to go into effect before moving onto the next box. I feel as though this is unnecessary and takes up more time.
