De maneira geral, acredito que a TAQE trouxe ganhos para o processo seletivo de maneira geral uma vez que otimiza o processo e a gestãos dos candidatos em uma única ferramenta.

Pros

A ferramenta é intuitiva, é fácil de manusear e corresponde ao que é solicitado pela empresa.

Cons

Acredito que a busca por candidatos poderia acontecer em toda a plataforma, buscar candidatos fase a fase acredito que deixa o processo mais moroso.

Pros

Gosto da facilidade e praticidade das informações dos candidatos em um único lugar, ganhamos tempo nas perguntas de uma entrevista padronizada. Com isso fica bem assertivo a avaliação por competências e agilidade na tomada de decição.

Cons

O que menos gosto é o candidato reprovado em uma determinada vaga, e o mesmo fica livre para se candidatar em outra vaga com o mesmo perfil/requisito. Acredito que seria interessante por exemplo, se o mesmo foi reprovado pelo motivo exame médico, não deveria receber notificação de uma nova vaga, visto que o mesmo não poderá refazer o exame em determinado periodo.

Pros

Por se tratar de um software de toda a esteira de recrutamento e seleção, ele apresenta as soluções necessárias para uma boa gestão a vista deste processo. Além de ser extremamente intuitivo.

Cons

A falta de se definir permissões por usuários. Como temos um time de RH relativamente grande, faz com que tenhamos muitas pessoas manuseando a ferramenta. E a falta destas permissões personalizáveis, pode gerar algum impacto, caso o colaborador tenha algum acesso desnecessário.

Tem sido uma experiência muito boa, tem dado praticidade aos processos e automatizado muitas etapas.

Pros

A TAQE tem sido extremamente importante para a automatização dos processo de R&S dentro da empresa, além de agilizar os processos de recrutamento, traz um detalhamento sobre o perfil comportamental do candidato que podemos selecionar de acordo com o perfil dos nossos colaboradores modelos e sempre ter uma assertividade maior em nossas contratações. O suporte em todos os aspectos é extremamente rápida as respostas e resoluções de duvidas e pequenas falhas.

Cons

Em alguns momento acontecem bugs na funcionalidade do sistema, apesar de sempre ter um suporte rápido quando isto acontece.

Pros

Com o Match se torna mais fácil a aderência dos candidatos e analisar os seus perfis, isso auxilia na triagem de um bom perfil, a área do perfil ideal ajuda muito!

Cons

As vezes a plataforma trava quando estamos configurando o perfil ideal, aí temos que reiniciar e começar de novo.
