We used a whitelabel license of Veertly to have a fully branded interface and some custom features (e.g. our own support chat). Next to the set of useful features, what I liked the most was the overall support of the Veertly team. It was fast, reliable, helpful, friendly and always on the detail level I needed . Pros Veertly allows to create a very open experience for the attendees of an online event. You can prepare multiple parallel "rooms" for talks, workshops, meetings, etc. and allow the guests to freely move between the offers and even set up ad-hoc calls (or even rooms) by themselves. Veertly is very flexible regarding the setup and categorization of your rooms and the integration of 3rd-party tools. Cons An advanced e-mail template management: I really need to prepare multiple different templates for the different phases (invites, announcements, questions, follow-up, etc) for different audiences (attendees, speakers, organizers) - and those in different variants (e.g. language, tone, repetition). We were able to do that predominantly on our own (were supported if needed by very great support). Cons Actually not that much, maybe that it is best to use with Chrome but I was told that others work best on Chrome too.
