We’re providing a duty of care to our staff currently operating in an unstable and volatile environment in NE Nigeria.

Pros

The ability to mass-communicate via WhatsApp, the Geofence function was also useful in providing the ability to notify and communicate with staff who required details of incidents within a certain radius of their location.

Cons

Some staff members had issues with the initial android download but the support in place soon provided the assistance required. It would be beneficial for the user to have the ability to add own alerts that would also automatically send to the users. I know this has been discussed at the R&D level.

Reasons for choosing ReachYou

Adaptive Live Tracking, the 24/7/365 operations room to conduct primary monitoring, the integrated mass communications system, supporting email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The User location ‘polling’, the ability for International Medical Corp’s management to command online devices to send their location and status (this is an excellent feature)

It provides all of the travel and personnel risk services that my client has needed, it's robust and the Intelyse Team are utterly passionate about delivering the highest quality of service.

Pros

Reach has given my clients the ability to sleep safer at night! They know that a huge number of people in transit, and those operating in complex, higher risk environments, are as safe as possible. And if they do encounter difficulty, they can be assisted. For users at every level, all parts of the platform are intuitive to use, straightforward to implement across an organisation, flexible, highly scaleable and cost-effective. Importantly, it's proved popular with users.

Cons

It has met all our needs and therefore there is nothing I like least.
